Questionable business practices.
I was told by their billing department that an upcoming CT scan was not covered under my insurance and that I would have to pay $670 out-of-pocket. After the procedure was completed I received a letter from my insurance that the services had to be reviewed first. This did not mean that it was denied or that they wouldn’t necessarily cover it. The insurance quickly reviewed the procedure and paid it %100. Now I’m fighting with Bethany over my refund. I called them 6/26/2017 and asked about it. They stated simply that I had a credit on my account and had no intentions of taking any actions other than leaving it as a credit. After asking for a refund they finally agreed. Now, it has been over two weeks later and still no refund, so I called them again today and they told me that nothing had been done to issue the refund, but would start the process now. They then told me that it could take up to eight (8) weeks to complete. I believe that they are trying to draw interest on my money for as long as they can. They just lost a long time patient.
*Update 8/15/2017 - Still no refund and my wife went to the clinic yesterday and found out she also had a $100+ credit. She has not been a patient with them for a couple of years now. They were just going to sit on her money. Shameful!

I met Dr. Szabo for a skin issue that had been bothering me for a long time. I told him of a medication that i was taking that would give only temporary relief but the problem would return as soon as i stopped. Guess what, he tell me to continue with the same mediation. Why did he think i came to him in the first place? He barely examined me and his mouth stank! I tried to give him as much information but he would not ask any. It was an extremely awkward encounter, I could not wait to get out of there. Such a waste of time and money. Needless to say I won't be returning.

I'm glad I've finally gotten an actual diagnosis however my appointment was at 9am and I got here early, I'm still waiting to see the doctor, it's 9:52am now. When someone has an appointment you should get them in and out, not waste their time. Especially for a follow up appointment. I work nights. I'd like to get some sleep before work please.

Love Bethany Medical Center! From the phone operators who schedules appointments to the Doctors!The staff is very personable and remember me from previous visits. They take the time to listen to my concerns and answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend Bethany Medical to anyone looking for a new medical provider home!

I'm here at bethany med center now I try to come early so I can get it done early but after seen by nurse it's been hour and I'm still here waiting for doctors. Still waiting in room and doctor didn't show up yet.

I visited the Battleground office in Greensboro and the staff was very pleasant and professional. I went for a Workers Comp visit and felt very comfortable with them and now I am seeing them for my primary health care needs. I have never had to wait longer than one hour for my visit. The doctors were thorough and really showed interest and concern for me as an individual. The staff showed some humor and it really made me feel at ease during my appointment. I would highly recommend this office for urgent care or primary care needs.

My daughters appointment was @ 10am & she waited over an hour to be seen. The staff was very unprofessional and had bad attitudes. I would not recommend this place to anyone just because of how rude the staff is.

I have been with Dr. Arvind for 18 years now. I never trusted Doctors before I found him, due to so many misdiagnosis by doctors in my life. The first time I seen him he actually took the time to LISTEN!!! He has always had my best interest at heart. He has since seen me through many illnesses, and has always made the proper diagnosis. He does not guess at it, he investigates the problem! So I am still here after 18 years, and now I think he understands my medical problems better than I ever will! LOL! I will continue to stay with him as long as he is practicing medicine. He is a wonderful doctor. In fact, ALL the Bethany doctors are at the TOP of their game!!
