This is an OUTSTANDING location! Right off the freeway, super quiet, all staff and very kind and helpful. Love the breakfast room and pool too, and a short 5 min drive to down town Santa Barbara.

The room was nice, tidy, comfortable, and spacious. The WiFi was fast and free, and the lobby was also nice. Each room has a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and television, along with plenty of outlets, a clean and working bathroom and a desk. There was nothing left to be desired, although I did not use the hotel and its services to its full extent. I did not go to the eating area in the lobby and did not have breakfast at the hotel. I also did not utilize the room services, so I cannot speak to the quality of either of those things. Based on what I did experience, however, I have five stars, since all my expectations were met.

Room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Outside of the hotel doesn't look like much, however the rooms are updated and decorated nicely. Breakfast was good. Lots of places to eat nearby. Not the hotel's fault, but road construction noise all night, was a bother. I would stay here again if working in the area again.

Great place. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Shower had good water pressure and the temperature adjusted quickly. Doors and key cards were easy to use and never failed. Internet worked great and I logged on quickly. Check in and check out was fast and super easy. The employees, all of the employees were courteous and answered all of my questions. The room had a good ambient temperature. And parking was good. Good spread of breakfast food. You just had to get creative. Good place.

Pricing is definitely based on location and not quality.

Our room was near a set of stairs. So there was a lot of noise due to the traffic.

The rooms appear to have been recently renovated, which is a plus. There ended up being a roach in our bed. Also, the shower drain in our unit didn't drain properly causing water to pool up to my ankles. Overall, both issues weren't that bad, just gross and unappealing.

I really liked the breakfast options.

All in all, a typical Best Western experience. It is still frustrating that the high pricing is only because it's near Santa Barbara.

The room was the most preferable and affordable in the area for a one night stay. After spending all day at my college orientation, I hopped on the bed and knocked out pretty quickly due to how comfy and relaxing the pillows and mattress were. Breakfast is the usual standard Best Western quality so it's better than the average hotel breakfast. Checking in and out was pretty simple as well. Room size is enough for 2-3 people for a double bed, but once you hit 4-5 then things would probably get pretty crowded. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and location isn't far at all from the freeway so that's also a plus.

Very professional staff, grounds are park-like, nice outside patio, large but well appointed, 5 minutes from the SB airport. Well done, but not inexpensive!! It's difficult to have it all!!

Great place to stay - you can zip right down in to Santa Barbara, then stay in Goleta for a more relaxed atmosphere. Hotel has been remodeled and is nicely done. Beautiful gardens and pool area.

It was a nice hotel, but there were a few things that we just a little off. The first was breakfast. While it was free, it started at 7. That a little late for people who have places to be by even 7:30, so we were a little disappointed with that. The second is that while they had a DVD player, the remote for the tv couldn't change the input and the DVD remote wasn't programmed for the tv. I was able to look up how to program it, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Other than that, it was a very nice hotel for the price. The landscaping was pretty slick, and the pool was nice too. We enjoyed our stay overall, so next time were back here, we probably will stay again.

We were so happy to find this hotel. It is just a little North of Santa Barbara. The grounds are gorgeous with a great pool and jacuzzi. The room decor is immaculately clean and nicely updated. The included breakfast is a good value as well. The surrounding area is quiet as well. We found it very fast and easy to travel to all the Santa Barbara locations we wanted to visit. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! The rooms were awesome, not a lot of carpet which is a big plus, very spacious and the shower was fantastic. The shower had a lot of pressure and was high enough so I didn't have to duck. The continental breakfast was excellent as well. The best thing was having one of the hotel staff make the waffles so that they came out perfect and kids didn't make a mess. Over all it was a great experience and highly recommend. Thanks
