Serve is polished, wine paring is thoughtful and the Rabbit rabbit rabbit, octopus and Lamb were all highlights. What a treat

High end hotel, with a Michelin star restaurant. Breakfast included in stay, near great wineries and has a lovely pool and spa. No gym, no lunch or dinner other than tasting menu. Very nice staff!

A well deserved One Michelin star restaurant. Smokey octopus starter, well done steak and dessert. Rabbit entree wasn't my thing.

Try the medallions of elk tenderloin sitting on a chestnut spaetzle, w/ dandelion greens and poached quince, and a hint of tang from the juniper pan jus accentuating the natural qualities of the meat.

Come for seasonal, uncomplicated cooking like hamachi tartare, the famed "rabbit rabbit rabbit," or a "fig Newton." – Green Guide Editor

The rabbit rabbit rabbit is one of the best dishes I have ever had! Octopus was very tender and the beef tenderloin is at par with some of the best steakhouses I have been to.

Considered by some to be on the same level as The French Laundry, just in the other valley.

The Michelin-starred restaurant is a major draw, but the cozy and comfortable lodgings are first-rate.

You must try the Rabbit Rabbit Rabbit. It is the chef's signature dish and it is absolutely amazing. Be sure to do the wine pairings.

Made s'mores in our fireplace, took baths in our Jacuzzi with the complimentary bath salts/scrubs, and enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning! The scones and egg scrambles are amazing!
