This hotel allows larger dogs up to 80lbs so we were able to bring our dog when we drove up to visit family. The renovation quality is very appropriate and the rooms have what we needed. The breakfast bar was well presented. Parking is not a problem and there are many entrances and exits to the 4 floor hotel. The diner our front is nice to enjoy for a quick bite. Super convenient to Reading and easy access to highways. Will stay here again in the spring!

This hotel was amazing with my dog! 80lb policy allowed us to visit our family and brig our dog which was such a relief. Thank you Best Western for the generous pet policy! The hotel is super clean and the breakfast rocks. We will be back in the spring

This is a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, as well as helpful. The breakfast is included which is fantastic! Samie does a superb job at keeping the breakfast area clean and food fresh. We will always stay here when in the Reading area and highly recommend this hotel.

Genuinely surprised and satisfied with the overall stay at this hotel. Staff members were very friendly and genuinely helpful and kind. The hotel is very conveniently located and was clean, well decorated and modern. Overall I think the value was great. We only stayed for one night and unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, however based on this experience I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if needed.

Very nice hotel. The only reason it did not receive 5 stars was the mattress was not very supportive. And the couch had no support whatsoever. The people who work there are all very nice. Pretty good, complete breakfast offered. No reason to go out for breakfast. Nice, clean building.

We are very pleased with how clean the rooms are. The beds are super comfortable. The staff are very nice and are helpful with information on where the good places are to eat at. We always try to fine a Best Western if we can.

Not one problem what so ever. We where checked in went to are room. It smelled clean when we walked in that’s one thing I look for. Beds where clean bathroom was spotless. Beds where comfortable. Grate stay thanks.

The room is very nice. The bathroom is what I always check first, it was clean and no hairs! Sorry but that will change my staying or leaving. The bed white and clean. No signs of bugs!

Now in the morning we will have the breakfast they have down stairs. I saw a waffle iron, cereal holders, juices and hopefully they will have some fruit. With all of this we will be a happy camper🙂❣️

Okay for a night or two but I felt was overpriced. They serve hot breakfast, there is a fitness room of a sorts If there is a pool, I didn't see it. The people who work here are friendly and they will try to help you. If you are looking for a place you can relax in the lobby or have a meal in your room, look elsewhere. This one is pretty basic but clean and almost comfortable. .

I thought the Best Western was very nice, they were full and we ended up booking a couple months in advance. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that even though we arrived late we still for a room on the top floor with our group. The free breakfast had lots of choices; hot food and cold food including waffle maker, cereal, pancakes, eggs, sausage, yogurt. The room was very spacious even with the two queens and it was very clean. Overall I would for sure stay here again, I did enjoy my stay a lot.

Good place to stay and motorcycle friendly, we stay at least once a year for an event near there. There is a restaurant out front,good food reasonable prices.

Rooms clean staff nice. They had fresh coffee in Breakfest area all night. But need juice for baby and those were locked till morning. Baby had to drink water till morning. They could offer juice all night. Not everyone drinks coffee.

We had a very nice two night stay. Hotel is clean,quiet and convenient to all Reading attractions. Easy check in and out. Would definitly stay again.

The staff and services were exactly as described and for a good price. Check in and out were smooth and professional. My husband left a laptop charger in the room and didn't realize it until several days later. They took his credit card number for shipping, packed it up, and sent it right back to him. He really appreciated their response.
