This is a well maintained hotel in a nice small town. Our room was clean and the temperature was very comfortable on the coldest night of the year. We got in late and had no problem checking in and going right to our room to get some rest.

Basic rooms are tiny. Very bad door blinds. Thankfully we got upgraded with suite. Staff was awesome. Manager was not helpful. I ASKED for halls on 3rd floor to be made warmer. It was on 64 he deflected and said that was fine.
Breakfast is horrible. Not buffet. Just plain eggs n toast n few options.

Awesome place to stay. Rooms are very clean. Very welcoming when you come in to lobby. You may pay a little more but it is worth it. The restaurant has good food also.

It room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our family took advantage of the indoor pool in the evening, which was fun for everyone. And the location of the hotel was in good proximity to the attractions we wanted to visit during our stay. (Strasburg Railroad and Cherry Crest Adventure Farm) The hotel was also surrounded by little shops that quite a few people were out walking about in the evening.

Wonderful weekend stay for a short anniversary. We did a deluxe room that was awesome for us because we always got standard. We received information from hotel staff in helping on place to eat and go to. Restaurant was as good as they said. Relaxing in the indoor pool was also a great idea since it was at a time we were alone. Great weekend for us.

Recently updated rooms and exterior. Extremely clean. Very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast at attached restaurant. Great location in walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village and other shops. Have stayed here many times and always recommend it to others.

Very good experience overall. The place is very quiet at night even though it was booked. The rooms are clean and everyone was very courteous and accommodating. There is complimentary coffee and tea available. I think they should add cookies. There is a pool, a gym and spa. There is a touch-screen at the front desk with info about nearby attractions. There is a list of 60 channels available on the TV but several where not of available, there was a 'no signal' message displayed.

Great staff! They were all really helpful. From the person who checked us in to the person manning the night desk who helped me get another ice bucket plastic bag so my sister could ice her knee. The rooms were immaculate and both Andrea and Miranda (cleaning staff) checked in to ask if there was anything we needed (extra) for the room. Breakfast is pretty standard free breakfast fare. Not really my cup of tea, but my sisters and mother enjoyed it. Great experience. Only complaint is that our room, 132, could hear the toilet flush from the rooms upstairs in the front bedroom. Woke me up a couple times, but nothing major.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to shops in Intercourse. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and fitness center. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. No complaints.

Spotless, Quiet, Comfortable, Modern
This is a great hotel and an awesome place to stay in the Intercourse area. This is a Best Western Plus, so the bar is already pretty high. But this hotel exceeded my expectations. The decor is respectful of the local area, and is maintained at a very high level. The lobby has everything you need, from local brochures to the Fireside Coffee Bar where you can get a pretty decent latte. The best thing the lobby has is a friendly, competent staff. I want to call out Ashley, who helped check us in, but who also advised on local attractions, set us up for breakfast and dinner coupons, and arranged tickets to the Sight and Sound show, at a discount, of course.
Our room was very comfortable a King Suite with a small seating area and a balcony that overlooked the restaurant parking lot. Not the greatest view, granted, but still nice. The bed was very comfortable, and helped me get a full-night's sleep for a change. The shades kept the room dark when we wanted it dark, and the room was exceptionally quiet. Fridge, microwave, electrical outlets so we didn't have to move furniture to plug stuff in, USB charging ports, and a great shower.
The pool building is a few steps away from the front door, and you do have to go outside to get to it, but the building itself was nice and peaceful even had "spa" music playing. My wife and I had the run of the place for about an hour, so we made use of the 3.0 to 5.0 foot deep pool, and the hot tub.
Ashley pointed out that we had access to a members' breakfast, which we took advantage of the first day. We went to the Old Mill Restaurant attached to the hotel for day two, with a 30-percent off coupon that she gave us at check-in. The food in the members' breakfast was okay, but the restaurant's was better, of course.response / report this review -

this is only hotel we stay at when in Lancaster. The hotel is very clean, employees very helpful and always friendly. The restaurant on property has great food and staff there are very friendly, experienced and helpful. Restaurant is always very clean. The hotel gives a discount on breakfast for every day you stay and a discount for 1 meal during your stay. I recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I would not hesitate to spend 1 or 100 nights here. Every member of the staff expressed great interest in making sure all of my needs were met, and even offered up dinner suggestions. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. We were just passing through but my wife was so impressed she suggested we make a return trip and specifically stay here!

We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan on coming back in the fall. Great location, clean rooms, beautiful area, our balcony had a perfect view of the Amish and their horse and buggy carrying passengers on the streets nearby. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. The tv came in great, closet space for clothes. Very spacious room. Highly recommended 😊
