When we first arrived, we were provided with a room that offered a used bed and a. Athroom floor covered with used towels. After we were provided with another room, it was clean and presentable. It wasn't anything to write home about.

The Rooms are Dirty!! I woke up with Bug Bites on my Arm. And Some of the staff are Rude & not friendly at All!! Especially the one Indian Lady at the front desk. And my Husband found out from one of the nice staff here that they told her that they are suppose to charge as much money as they can from the Guests!!! RIDICULOUS!!! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!

Doesn't deserve no stars rude cleaning lady that lies about not being allowed to clean the room and speaks to u rude and is disrespectful to ur pet OH and doesn't like disabled ppl with medical issues that cant be helped so they kick u out with no other options. Id advise you to keep looking for a nicer place to stay id never return to this place ever again

I checked in at 10PM and went directly to Room 125. In the morning, I notice a few insect bites on my fingers, then more on my arm and foot. I told the front desk clerk and was told that they would tell the manager, Raj Patel. Also they would have a exterminator check my room. (As if the bites on my body, which were emailed to Corporate and Denver, PA location, were not enough to confirm there was an insect problem in the room.) I have not heard from Raj Patel, the manager, just the very nice front desk clerk who is powerless to provide a refund. There is an Econolodge next store to this location. I would use them the next time.

We paid $85 on our way home from the beach. We get up to the room and two of the lights wont turn on. I see that they have motion sensor switches installed that can also be turned on manually. I tried all the switches without sucess. We check the fridge and its warm. The fridge is plugged in and the temp dial is on its coolest setting, DOA. I go to use the bathroom and im wobbling all over the place, the toilet wasn't attached to the floor and the seat was coming off. Well, we call down for a new room. The lady comes up and gets us a new room. The lights work and the fridge is cool, so far so good. Just to check, I reach down and grab the bowl of the toilet and again, not attached! I asked the lady to look at it and she looks at me with that smug face and said, "This is not the Trump Plaza". That is totally obvious because I've sat on better thrones at trucker stops! There are safety reasons why a toilet should be bolted to the floor and that is methane. The attitude that old lady, with the green visor, gave me ruined my night. The room was ok and the beds weren't too bad (checked all that for bugs). The AC struggled all night and pushed out a really rank smell from time to time. There is no elevator here so keep that in mind if you have luggage. Free breakfast and internet helped to balance things out, slightly. For me, $85 bucks is still a lot of money and I don't think this place is worth it.

Room was ok. Hardwood floors in the room. Kinda slippery when you are wearing socks. Beds are very high, but comfortable. Small fridge in room. No microwave but you can use the one in the lobby. You have to step up into the shower. They are doing renovations on the 1st floor but we didn't hear any noise. Continental breakfast included; make your own waffles, cereal, bagels, english muffins, mini muffins, bananas, apples, orange and apple juice.

just called asking if there was a discounted rate for buyers in the 3 day firearms auctions this weekend across the street, the front desk clerk was very rude and said I don't know. that would be management. I asked if I should send a customer over or should I send them to the comfort inn. he said send them to the comfort inn. if this person worked for me they would be fired. Customer Service starts with the first impression.
