Nice and clean hotel, breakfast could have been better but other than that good stop and good value

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The attitude of the entire staff set the mood for this hotel and the guests coming the door for the night. I really enjoyed having a hot breakfast before getting back on the road.
Check surrounding area food choices for the evening meal prior to check-in as variety of choices are very limited very close to the hotel. But then again I might just be a picky eater. Bottom line, this is a good stop!!

Our room was quiet, clean but there was no hot water for showering at night when we arrived and again in the morning. Water was barely warm almost cold, so we had to shower quickly in cold water. I will say it woke us right up so we could get back on the road. Hotel is located in a good spot, reasonably priced for the area and surrounding hotels. Front desk check in at 9-30pm was not very friendly. She made us feel like we we're inconviencing her to check us in. This was a good spot to stop to rest but wouldn't stay more than just one night

Front desk staff was very efficient and professional. Beds were old and really squeaked . The housekeeping staff needs some training in the finer points of cleaning floors. Overall the property was nice and for a quick night on the road we would stay there again. However, we hope that the cleanliness is addressed. The breakfast was pretty good and there were many options available. The breakfast attendant wasn't very cordial when asked a question.

If I could give zero stars I would. When I arrived in my room after checking in the couch looked so gross I would never have sat on it. Additionally, it was clear that the room was not cleaned properly. There was small debris on the floor, which made it clear the room was not properly vacuumed. Also there was a piece of a clothing tag on the coffee table and dust/dirt on the coffee table and all other hard surfaces. The clothing tag wasn't a big deal from a cleanliness standpoint in and of itself but if it was still sitting on the table after the room being cleaned, it's clear the room wasn't fully cleaned. Also noticed a couple of marks on the comforter, didn't look like permanent stains, more like fresh uncleaned marks. I went downstairs and said "I really hate to do this but I don't think my room was fully cleaned, are there any other available rooms I could switch to". Instead of an apology for my room not being cleaned I was questioned on what exactly wasn't clean (even though I had already explained it to the first woman at the desk) and then was told that it was on the list as cleaned. They did give me another room but were very rude about it. I apologized 3 times because I felt bad requesting a change, even though I shouldn't have felt bad, and was not given one apology for the inconvenience by the staff. I felt extremely uncomfortable by the attitude I was given.

Hotel was clean, staff friendly but misleading about rooms.

We called directly to ask for a suite. We were told that the suite at this site had a partition that separated the bed from the pull out sofa area. We were very disappointed to find that the partition consisted of an 18 inch decorative "partition" on either side of the room. If we had known that this was considered a partition, we would have chosen another hotel or room style. When we spoke to management about this, he explained the technical definitions of what is considered a partition. I do not consider this anything more than a decoration as it provides no separation between the sitting and sleeping area.

Also, when we walked in to the room, it smelled strongly of a cleaner or air freshener with an underlying smell of cigarette smoke. We called down to ask about our non-smoking room and were told that the company's new "eco-friendly cleaner smelled just like cigarette smoke". Sounds like BS to me but since all rooms in the hotel and the area were booked up, we had no choice but to stay.

*Update-We specifically asked NOT to be enrolled in the email newsletter when confirming our room through email. We’ve been receiving non-stop promotional emails despite the assurance of the reservation attendant that we would not be enrolled in such a program. Ugh.

This is very disheartening because we have always had great experiences with the Best Western Plus brand.

Let's see horrible service.the room had scratches and dents all over it.. the bathroom shower was falling off the hinges and it hit me in the back of the head which hurt real bad!!! I'm going to show pictures to the manager so we don't get blamed for this! I know it's a best western but for $100 you think they would be better than this.. disappointing

Great place to stay. Staff was exceptionally nice, room was clean, bed was super comfy. And you get a free full breakfast with your stay. Highly recommend the waffles. The room was also very reasonably priced!

Fairly new, low budget place. Very plain building. It felt safe and liked well kept. Staff was friendly. The room looked nice, but the bed, a rigid traditional innerspring matters, was very uncomfortable. Also, the controls in the tub with shower looked like it had not been cleaned, ever. The tub dream was broken. There was a loud noise coming from the bathroom ventilation all night. Breakfast in the morning was sparse, but did include some eggs and sausage. I would stay here again, but only if the Hampton Inn next door is full.

I will say first off that the room is clean and that I expect breakfast will be just fine in the morning. However, I am very frustrated. I booked a room for 4 people through AAA (for just a few dollars less), and the room definitely cannot sleep 4 people. It is a king with a sleeper sofa, but the sleeper sofa is a twin size so I can't even fit my 4 and 7 year old in it, which means the 4 year old has to sleep in the same bed as my husband and me. We asked for a roll-away, but they only have one and it's taken. I asked if they could move us to another room, but they are sold out tonight, and although they have space tomorrow, they won't have space our last night and will have to put us back in this same room. They wouldn't even tell me that much - I had to have AAA customer service call on my behalf. I am beyond frustrated and definitely not looking forward to going to bed with a busy 4 year old on my back.

I am on hold as we speak. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. I'm not even kidding. As soon as you call, you're put on hold for over 10 minutes. You don't even get to ask a question. I've had to call back several times and was supposed to be getting transferred but guess what? I'm still on hold and have gotten hung up on while waiting. This makes a total of waiting for 25 minutes and not being transferred to ANYONE. To think that I was planning a family reunion at this place. What a joke.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It's a relatively new hotel which was nice, the people were amazing, and the food honestly wasn't bad. Also, based on location and price, I don't think I could've been happier.

This hotel is a bit over priced for what you get. The breakfast is not the best i should have gone to waffle house. I am used to a better quality BWestern.
