Good price very clean room, check in quick easy very friendly staff.

The room is dirty,has food in the desk. Called the front desk and no one answered. Went down to the front desk and again no one. Called again and Becky answered the phone and when we asked for more towels she told us to come down and get them.!! They claim that they are pet friendly but my dog barked when we left and we were told that we couldn't leave her in the room if she was going to bark !! We will never stay here again and would never recommend it. I lived in Mansfield my entire life before moving to Missouri 3 yrs ago and we come back to visit family occasionally. This time we came back for my brothers funeral. I have never been treated so bad at a hotel before

Location was conveniently next to a dennys and the rooms were clean. I got there a little after 11 and the service was very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely staff, convenient location. Good bang for your buck, though it is hardly quiet with the Denny's so close.

I checked in at 3am , they'd rented out all the rooms that accommodates pets so they let me stay in a non pet room with my fur baby. The hostess at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with . There's a Denny's that shares the same parking lot and they're open 24 hrs . I would definitely stay here again if need be .

BEDBUGS!!!! Room #200 The front desk lady was gracious and refunded my money. Literally brought the bug down to her in a cup.

It was a place to sleep but the office people were very rude with the exception of 1 of their office people stephanie. She was very helpful.
And we go down to have breakfast and all you hear is employee's talking about other employees. That should not be talked about around the customers!!response / report this review -

This is definitely a no frills, place to lay your head kinda place. The rooms were clean, and some what updated. The bed was very comfy and for as full as the hotel was it was pretty quite. Only word of caution, there is no elevator to second floor, so if stairs are an issue or your traveling with alot make sure you request 1st floor accommodations.

Wasn't awful but closer to a 1 star hotel. Plus it's nice when you check a non smoking room and you walk in and smells like an ashtray and smoke damage on the plastics
