All our experiences have been positive from just visiting the store to look around (and not feeling pressured and being followed around the store), to being helped with various questions. We love all the furniture that has been purchased. We absolutely love the free delivery, too!

We have shopped at Sheely’s for years and have always had good experiences. Every person we have worked with is kind and prompt. They also have competitive prices. We recently bought a loft bed and mattress from them and we were happy with the delivery and set up! I love that we are local to them.

We have purchased all of our appliances and furniture from Sheely's for the past 18 years. Our newest refrigerator was a lemon and Sheely's worked with the manufacturer to get an immediate replacement. Delivery always professional and on time. Sales people helpful, but not pushy.
I always look around at other stores, but end up making the final purchase at Sheely's.

We went to Sheely's looking for a replacement couch. Their storeroom is full of choices. Not only couches, but everything you might need to furnish your home. And they offer finaning if needed.

Picked out new living room furniture and took home a fabric sample. Had every intention of returning after away on vacation and placing an order for what we had picked out. Received a call the day before vacation and said we had to return the fabric sample or else lose our deposit. I explained that we were NEVER informed of the very short sample return policy, and I asked if we could have a 1 week extension because of vacation. Got lots of push-back from the girl about keeping the sample for another 7 days even though I told her we intended to place an order after vacation. I didn't like being pressured the way I did so I immediately took the sample back. We live 25 minutes away and are rarely near Sheely's so this was a big inconvenience the night before leaving for vacation. I didn't feel any apathy from Sheely's considering the circumstances. I expected different from them not being a box store. Their poor customer service in this case likely has cost them my order. I had hoped when I returned the sample they would've made the situation right but they acted like they didn't carevery disappointed! Maybe someone will read this and reach out to me to try to keep my business.

We received our Best Reclining Power Loveseat October 11. The delivery men did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the Loveseat. Thanks to Mr. Jeff Curry General Manager for his intervention with the return and re selection of a quality built piece. We have been a customer since 1973 and will remain one.

We have been contacted by the GM and our defective recliner was removed and we re selected at Sheely's. Thank You Jeff for resolving our issues. Our faith in Sheely's is restored through your intervention.

We had the worst possible experience earlier this year on a Flex Steel Special Order Recliner. The recliner was unlike any of the units we looked at in the store. The material in the seat, back and leg area when delivered was deeply wrinkled, the arm material against the side of the chair was sewn unevenly. We spoke to the customer service associate Madonna on two or more occasions with no satisfaction or return call for resolution. Sheelys wanted $100 to pick up the defective chair and another $100 to deliver a new one. I can't imagine this is this is how they conduct business with customers living in PA. I will never shop there again and will let family and friends know of our experience.

I love this place. So many choices and brand name furniture. They offer a range of prices. I purchased a couch and matching love seat, curio, two side tables and a dresser. I search many furniture stores both brick and mortar and online. I say overall, Sheeley's had the best prices. I think they train their associates so they know product as well as alternatives because the two I met, knew where everything was. With that being said, they are NOT pushy. If you want to browse alone, you are made to feel very comfortable and if you want someone helping you every step of the way, they will do that as well. I plan to go back when I need more furniture. Be ready to walk because they place is big!!

I have purchased from Sheely's Furniture for the past 20 years. I am a comparative shopper but when it comes to furniture I don't need to call around for quotes. I know from experience that Sheely's will have the best prices around. Their sales people are friendly and easy to work with and the delivery is quick and I love that they set up the furniture for you! I highly recommend Sheely's to all my friends and family. I wouldn't purchase furniture from anywhere else!

Sheely's is a top notch facility their sales staff is very accommodating to the customer. You ask for something, & they take you to the exact product your looking for without trying to distract you with something your not looking for. The store is set up nicely to find what your looking for plus everything in there is very appealing to the eye! If your looking for a top of the line product with a top of the line experience pick Sheely's for all your appliances, furniture, & more I know they have a customer for life with me!

I bought a fridge. It was delivered with missing parts and a dented door. About 6 weeks later, they finally delivered door. 2 months later, the cheap plastic handle broke off. I called them and they told me this was "cosmetic". It has sounded like a herd of buffalo since Day 1. I can hear it over the television from another room. I wish I never set foot in that store. They do not stand behind their products, and I am just tired of fighting them. Go to a big box store. You will get better quality and better service.

Went to get prices on a Speed Queen washer and dryer. I was helped by Sandy. They quoted me one price on a Saturday (even wrote it down) and then was unwilling to honor it on a Monday. Very disappointed in the sales staff. I even spoke to a sales manager who was unwilling to honor the pricing. It felt very shifty and shady. I definitely won't be buying there now or in the future.

I will be buying from Grove Appliance in Alliance - they never gave me the run around and were very up front and professional.

Great selection for all products. Very happy with our sales rep and her knowledge of sofas, mattresses, and pillows which is what we were shopping for. Delivery of sofa was fine. Delivery men did a great job. Unfortunately, we still don't have our 3 pillows yet and I am being told we will get them next week, which would make it 4 weeks. I can only blame Sheely's for this. I made at least 4 phone calls and got no results. I believe they are a solid company and I don't believe this is standard operation for them. Otherwise, everything else considered we had a good experience.
