Room was clean and they are doing renovations so the in door pool was closed. Breakfast was good with plenty of fresh fruit. Quite area, but limited restaurants in the area. There is a Huddle House but it closes at 11:00 p.m. I would stay there again.

All the attendants were nice. Website says cribs are available on a first-come first-serve basis. We asked in advance and they said they did not have any cribs. Once on site, they gave us a pack and play which ended up being broken and we could not use anyway. The door in our bathroom would not close shut. The room was nice, sheets were clean, and bed was comfortable.

We were there for around 4 days, construction was being done. No problem, but hands doing the work were very rude, running around yelling police, cause they have dog trading for drugs here, which is posted on main doors entry. Then one ask my husband How he was, and he said Good, they mocked him terribly. SO I THINK WITH 30 PLUS YEARS OF CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE WE HAVE, YOU SHOULD GET CONTROL. I wouldn't advise or recommend this place to anyone that pays bills for these.

Great stay at Best Western Logan Inn, 47 Central Ave, Chapmanville, WV
We were greeted by a friendly gentleman at the front desk. Hotel is clean and quiet. Free breakfast was included. It was only a short walk across the parking lot to a restaurant.

We brought a college concert band with 51 people to this hotel for an overnight stay. The staff was wonderful to work with during the planning stages. Upon arrival the hotel was welcoming and ready for our arrival. The rooms and breakfast area were clean. There were plenty of choices for breakfast foods. The staff were friendly and available for any needs or questions. Thank you for your great hospitality!!

Asked for a cot, 1230am, got one. Third floor had a party, told the desk twice, then a foot race, didnt tell the desk I took the people to their room and let them see the mom in me. Wasn't pretty but it got quiet. 3am, police escorted them out the doors..Chapmanvill's best western was horrible. Phone didn't work, air conditioner didn't work. Then the people in the adjoining room kept trying to open our door. The guy at the desk was scared to even face these people.

Some staff were above and beyond helpful, really amazing, and friendly. Others, not so much. The light fixture hanging out of the socket under the water in the pool was a little unnerving, and the rim of the pool had a thick coat of grime. The room, on the third floor, had a strong mildew smell, like the carpet had been wet, but the window was sealed, so we were stuck with the smell.

Always enjoy my stay at this Best Western Logan Inn location. Staff are friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean, and the surrounding locations provide for a sense of security and quietness! The continental breakfast is very nice and the area is clean and inviting! I stay here at least once or twice a year when I am in the area! It' my "go to" when visiting this community!

Stayed here while riding the Hatfield Mc Coy trails. Staff were VERY well informed on the trail system and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and well priced. Thank you

Great motel for an overnight stay. Very clean rooms. EXCELLENT staff. Very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. Lots of parking. Would've given 5 stars but the bathtub did not drain while taking a shower.

Receptionists need to be trained in good customer service. We got here around midnight and checked in. I asked if they had a rollaway bed, and was met with a very grumpy look, and the guy said "you should have mentioned that when you made the reservation!" In a tone that said I'm the jerk for even asking such a thing. I thought he was just having a bad day, so I left it at that and went to bed. There was less than 1/8 of a roll of TP in the bathroom, with no spare rolls to be found, so this morning, I had to go to the desk to get another roll. I got to the counter and the lady was on her cell phone. Didn't acknowledge me, just continued to text. I cleared my throat, and still no acknowledgement. A guest came up and passed me in line and she gladly checked him out while I was still just standing there. Finally, she finishes and I asked for the roll of TP, and got a look like I was inconveniencing her. It's pretty obvious that they couldn't care less if they get my money, so I'll be sure to see that they don't in the future.

Stayed here for 4 nights and the location was great for motorcycle riding and the room gave us a fantastic nights sleep. Highly recommend this location.

Hotel and rooms clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. I like​ the convenience of a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Missed out on breakfast but it's​ always a plus for me to have that option included with the stay.

Maybe I've been spoiled by the outstanding service & relative good value I generally receive from the Best Western brand. However, I found both lacking here & it comes as a disapointment that I have to offer a most luke-warm review here. None of the categories rate anything higher than just OK. I am a Diamond member of Best Western which means I am loyal to their brand but would not stay at this location again. It has potential but needs work starting with the staff. Tichiganblues

This place is awesome, right off 119 and the breakfast is good. You also have a huddle house next to it. Family friendly and the people are great.

clean rooms and hotel, employees we're very friendly and professional, only complaint was the breakfast had very little selection for the non sweet lovers, had a boiled egg and toast, other than that we're oatmeal, donuts, beagels, waffles I want Bacon!! lol
