Very nice and very clean. Updated rooms, nice beds, nice shower with a waterfall head, fridge and microwave in room. We're in a 2 queen bed room and we have a chair, a desk and office chair plus a little luggage table and we have plenty of room. The lobby is very nice too. Make your own waffles for breakfast and there's an automatic coffee machine that makes all kinds of drinks. Clean pool and hot tub. Not a big hotel so it's not too busy which is always nice. Just about a mile from the heart of the historic area. We walked there in about 20 minutes, not bad really. There's the trains of course but also Hoppers. It's a golf cart that picks you up and drops you off for 3 bucks each person. Really convenient.

Staff was very nice! Awesome coffee machine in the lobby. Hotel has been renovated and rooms look great, but closer looking showed loose bathroom fixtures (cheap contractors). We did find long hairs on the shower wall that didn’t belong to us and the door (opens to the outside) seem like they’d be easy to break into while we were out. But the bed was comfortable and staff very accommodating!

Fantastic people and service. This is the first BW that I awarded a rating of 10 in all but one category. Recognition of my status as a Diamond member, the handling of our minor challenge and the no charge upgrade. The staff were very pleasant and went out of there way to make my wife an I comfortable.
They had lots of suggestions about things to do, places to eat etc and did not try to oversell us on the tours that they had access to. Very enjoyable and will most definitely recommend to others and will stay again if ever we revisit the city.

Pleasantly Surprised. We were looking for a hotel with valve. Most important trait was a clean room. The room was extremely clean, even included and bag over the remote to keep from touching it. The staff were helpful, kind and welcoming. Everyone of the staff members seemed to enjoy their jobs. Enjoyed the modern decor.

My family and I left this morning , we were staying for 4 nights. It was a great experience staying at this hotel , all the staff was nice except one lady at the front desk. Last night I asked for a packet of dry oatmeal for my child and the lady said she can’t give me one since it’s only for breakfast and I need to wait till next day , I repeated that it’s just one bag and I need it and the woman told me NO and smiled. I was very upset and surprised, how careless she was. Still don’t get it why she couldn’t give me one packet especially the night before the other girl at the front desk gave me one without any problem. Don’t get it :(

Great room near the front desk. It was clean, smelled fresh and the bathroom looked newly renovated, very nice. However, the closet for hanging up clothes was in the bathroom, so after a shower it will be a bit damp. We stayed only one night so it didn't effect us. The breakfast was hot and average but no space for guests to sit and no parking space. Overall, I would go back just to visit the city, but staying at this particular Best Western, I may look for another one in the area.

This hotel is really nice, its remolded recently, which consult big room and big showers which no more of those tub showers. The breakfast is ok but the coffee machine is awesome because it can make espresso. The staff is super friendly and you can ask them anything about st. Augustine and they know what their talking about. The only downside to this is, its an open hotel which means if your a light sleeper you can hear a bit noise outside. Overall its a nice hotel for a quick stay trip.

The staff is amazing!!! We made a last minute decision on our road trip to pull in to this best western it's right next door to another hotel a Hampton inn maybe and boy did we pick the right place! The rooms are newly renovated and really cute! They gave us a welcome back with waters and snacks and a guide book perfect for touring the town! We loved it so much we decided to stay another night. Every staff member was friendly and greeted us with a smile and made sure we were happy with our stay and had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

We will only stay here when visiting our daughter at Flagler College. Debbie the manager is beyond awesome and so is her crew! The place is clean, breakfast delicious every morning and the lovely morning crew is so sweet. I felt so comfortable and safe. Love it here. Whatever you do stay away from Best Western on I-95 that place was a dump! But Best Western historical inn is fabulous! Big thank to Debbie for making it easier to leave my baby girl here in Florida. See you in October! 💕

Nicely updated room and bathroom. Manager was great! Made us feel welcomed and the Welcome bag of goodies is a really nice touch. The hotel is really close to all the things Saint Augustine has to offer without being crowded. I would stay here again for sure.

Clean recently upgraded. Very nice room. Everything easily accessable. The staff were awesome and very helpful with any questions. The room upgrade
really stood out and got our attention as we have stayed there in the past last 5 years. The gave us a special gift as my wife and I celebrated our 48th Anniversary. Highly recommended

First time to St Augustine and not sure where to stay. I was extremely satisfied with the location as I didn't want to be right in the middle of town but close enough to be able to walk to near sites. We stayed in the suite and it was great..loved the apartment feel. The contemporary furnishings were a nice touch and we absolutely loved the fact of no carpeting. Room was clean and smelled that way! We had breakfast at the hotel every morning and there was different hot items each day. The woman tending that area was wonderful..very sweet, and you could tell by the way she conducted herself and her area that she wanted your day and meal to start off right, I unfortunately do not have her name.

We were part of a Harley motorcycle group and the reception was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel even provided us each with a welcome bag containing rags to clean our bikes, bottled water, chips and other tasty treats. That was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated. The hotel staff, from receptionists to housekeeping were absolutely fantastic. They were always helpful and provided information on the downtown area and nearby sites, restaurants, or convenient stores. The room itself was nicely decorated, clean and spacious for the two of us. The a/c works greatalmost too good. I was freezing one night and quickly learned to raise the temp for a more comfortable sleep. Our room, while clean an spacious, was facing the laundry area which I would not stay in again given the bright lights that remains on all night also the sound of the machines are loud and wouldn't allow us to sleep in late. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again, just a different room. :)

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant and accommodations were great. Our room was clean and inviting. The breakfast bar had a nice variety and the hot food was served hot. The swimming pool was large enough to do some short laps and the spa felt great after a lot of walking around town. The location was perfect for touring attractions and restaurants in St.Augustine. We'll be back.
