Location was close enough to walk to everything we wanted to. Room was clean and nicely decorated. The downstairs sitting area was very nice and quiet. Breakfast was included and it was wonderful.

Had a lot of issues, plumbing broke, flooding downstairs, water stains throughout the house, mold in showers, bed frame in two rooms were propped up and broken, breakfast was ok if you like green eggs. Property manager Heather was good but unfortunately she could only do so much. Owners did not want to address ANY if the issues mentioned above. Plumber did come in to fix stuff but told us he's been warning them (owners) about the plumbing and that the pipes were brittle and needed to be replaced. Disappointed to say the least

Needed a place to sleep in St. Augustine on the return trip after evacuating from Hurricane Irma. Couldn't find a hotel room. Found this bed and breakfast online with the cell phone while traveling. Very nicely appointed rooms, nice ambiance, very friendly hosts. This is a great place for a vacation stay. Only stayed one night which they accommodated due to the hurricane, however, normally a four night stay would give you time to take in the historic and beach surroundings.

A very nice B & B in St. Augustine, Florida. Creative breakfasts are included in the price of the room (not inexpensive). Attractive rooms and house. The couple who run the place are pleasant.

Specifically booked the room for the Jacuzzi tub and it doesn't work. Innkeeper didn't seem concerned about it and offered no compensation, refund, etc. Very disappointed for the cost and definitely nor worth the money for just a regular room.

They really care about their guest! Place was super clean, staff is really nice, comfortable beds, and center downtown! Super happy with the service and stay was great!

Friendly service and very accommodating. They were very eager to make us feel at home and offered a lot of local information. The house is beautiful and the beds are comfortable.

Would not recommend. The rooms are right on the street.It is extremely loud.The beds are extremely uncomfortable.The staff was not pleasant and the food was not that good.
