Super clean hotel friendly staff, they are upgrading the hotel but that's not a problem. I like the fact that they let you k is what they are doing to better improve the hotel experience for you, they have free fast WiFi and the breakfast is super good, I just wish they had strawberry milk but that's just me. The rooms are really clean in the afternoons, I just wish the tv's where a little bigger that's it but overall it's great. They have a pool that's gated

Really nice hotel. It makes you forget you are in Lowes parking lot. Even in some updates and its apologetic notes everywhere it was nice, clean, quiet. Why not all stars? When checking in I was not offer a crib even when I ask for an extra bed (2 adults, 1 teen, 2 baby). We got a crib second night because husband asked. And also our beds were not made, just add some soap bars and towels.

Nice rooms good staff. Only issues I had were house keeping not only didn't clean our room the second morning but they actually took out do not disturb sign and put it up making it look like we did it. Second issue was no hot water for a week. Even atfer letting the water run for 15 minutes it was still room temp water.

Great hotel but Seems a bit pricey for this particular hotel. Elevator went out during our stay and o ly stairs could be used. Not a big deal but sucks when trying to take large items your kid has back down to the vehicle. But overall its been a pretty good stay.

I was happy with my and the houskeeping staff. The front office people were great my complaint wold be that the room I was in I could not keep the WiFi going for more than a few minutes at a time. It made it very difficult to get any thing accomplished in the room. Otherwise my stay would have been excellent.

Our visit was very nice except for those people above us who were kindly asked to have their child stop running so others could rest, but purposefully began to stomp 'with' their child after the request.
Management should follow up by personally walking down the hallway after a request like this is made to inform the noisy party that their bill will be doubled if they continue in such a manner.

Location is relatively convenient to most of west Palatka. The entrance is difficult to distinguish at night in the rain: there's a lot of entrances packed into a small stretch and you could easily end up in Lowe's instead. Also the entrance is only accessible when heading east on the main drag. If coming from the west you'll need to do a u-turn. The rooms are very nice. This is the second newest motel in Palatka, I believe. A newer establishment just opened riverside in downtown. The breakfast is nice but everything is either ready-to-eat or defrosted and heated up with the exception of the pancake maker. It does offer quite a bit of variety (cereals, yogurts, ham, "omlettes", cinnamon rolls). The parking lot is nicely lit which is important if you're traveling alone. Overall, pretty top of the line for Palatka.
