Not a bad hotel, but road noise is noticable, but quiets down after 11pm. Internet was horrible. It barely worked. breakfast was just okay. Nothing was hot, just barely warm. The room was large and clean, but a musty smell lingered. Convenient location. Beds were very firm, a bit too firm for our liking. Not a bad place, but not a great place.

The room smelled like a smoking room even though it was not and the AC didn't do much. Other than that the breakfast was good compared to other similar hotels and the service was good. The staff seemed well trained and cared about your concerns which I really appreciated.

Very disappointed. .I have always had a great experience staying at Best Westerns (reward members) but this one changed my mind about everything. the room had bugs (not fliessmall like fleas) flying around it..the tub had mold in itthe coffee machine bottom was filled with scum.we were on the second floor and the mezzanine floor had planks (probably the lowest bid) bulging up..I am handicapped very dangerous.we were in a rush.travel wearyso we only used it to sleep a bitI'll have to stay at another chain now on.

Comfy, cozy family-style hotel. Great for our vacation. As a Best Western Rewards Platinum member, I continue to be pleased and impressed with the quality of the BW hotels, including this one!

Would give it 0 stars if I could. We made a reservation 2 months ahead and called the day before to confirm. When my party arrived after a long day of kayaking, we found that they had given our room away. They claim they tried to call us and we didn't answer. No kidding, there's no cell phone reception anywhere in this region. The receptionist, Jackie was extremely rude. She obviously needs to work on her customer service skills or find a new industry to work in. Thank goodness we found a room at the hidden gem, Mid Town Motel, where the lovely owner welcomed our group of weary travelers and we were checked in and finally off to the brewery. BEWARE OF THIS BEST WESTERN!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doesn't look like most Best Westerns, I liked its looks.

Nice place great location. Breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that there were so many outlets in my room I usually have to unplug something' nice surprise to be able to change all gadgets at the same time. Balcony was a peaceful way to end my day. Only thing I wish you were pet friendly.

Was not what I was thinking it was going to be was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room the front desk person was very friendly and polite was quite the morning breakfast selection was really good the tv channels were plentiful the only downfall and it's not worth taking a star away is that they may want to put bigger pillows on the king beds other than that of I'm ever in bennington vt again and need a hotel i will definitely stay at best western

My family and I have stayed at this specific Best Western for the last 20 years, every year. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The location is near many restaurants, shopping, and activities. The rooms are clean and have plenty of room to relax in. I enjoy having breakfast right there. The pool is very nice in the summer and there is plenty of room to sit with your family outside.
