Check in staff was helpful and offered one of their newer 50 amp sites that are a bit more spacious for our larger rig. We were only there two nights passing through so we were not too fussy about our site specifics. Site was easy to back into and easy to achieve level with air or hydraulics. We didn't use any amenities here or even pay attention to our mobile data coverage. Utilities seemed fine. Good location for visiting Stowe, Ben & Jerrys, Mt Mansfield. The spaces are all fairly closely spaced with no landscaping separation. Our neighbors, two families with a handful of small children, were out in their patio area enjoying their weekend. Unfortunately it was so loud that we might as well have gone out to join them. Not their fault and they packed it up for quiet hours. That's just what happens when you are so closely packed together in your campsites.

Not impressed with the campsite or the staff. They charged us 5.00 per person just to have some friends stop by and have a beer at our campsite. Also, when I was at the pool one of the owners came out and yelled at several children for different infractions. She was really nasty with the children who were all playing nicely. If you want a mountain view do not go this campground. There is no "mountain view" at Mountain View Campground. But if you want to hear traffic whiz by all night - this is the campground for you.

Very quiet and peaceful. New owners are very friendly and have some great improvement ideas. Mini golf was a disappointment. (Needs work). Otherwise worth the stay.

Very clean but not a lot going on. Lodge on website is very deceiving, small. 2 pools and very limited access to a river flowing behind the property. Although there are two Wi-Fi networks, one was sporadic at best and the other we could never log on to. No scheduled events for the entire week we were there. Very limited camp store. Best part is that it is near Stowe and some local breweries and Ben and Jerry's isn't far.

Really nice and clean campground. About 60 sites. Two pools and a spa. Will not hesitate to return there.

Great place to stay. We were made to feel welcome and really enjoyed our time there. Plus there's a nice little snack bar across the road from them. Two nice pools.

Worst camping experience ever! We stayed here this year as a whole family of 9 people. After we checked in at the main lodge we had a change in plans and needed to add another camper to our group. We tried to explain to the woman at the front desk (who was extremely nice) that we needed to pay and she kept saying that we were all set to check in. So we drove our cars down to the river tent sites, set up camp and went up to the pool to relax with the kids, while my wife took a nap in our tent. While up by the pool we saw the owner speed down to our camp site and start yelling through the tent for someone to come out and pay for the extra tent we had set up. After my wife told him we were up by the pool he sped up and started yelling at my mother saying "you guys are taking advantage of me, this is a business and you need to pay for the extra person" we simply went in and paid explaining that we had tried to do that in the first place but the woman told us we were all set. The owner is rude, arrogant and a bully we stayed there at least once a year while I was growing up and it's unacceptable to be treated the way he treated us. I will never return and I advise you to look elsewhere for a relaxing vacation. He completely ruined our week that we stayed.

Love it!! I'v Ben there three times andI LOVE IT!!!! It has wif so I could uploads viteos. And it is a grate campsite so go there. It has a system that you can go fishing and not gust one pool but two! And don't forget the hottub. The staff is very nice and helpful. And ulouse pet , dogs , cats ,and more. I think 👰. Thanks for you! See you soon

Mountain View Campground was a really nice spot! Beautifully kept and quiet, it was a great place to spend the weekend! The pools are very nice and everyone was friendly; be sure to spend some time down by the river! It was just gorgeous!
