  I went in to get a nail taken out of my front tire and was told it was going to take a half hour. After a hour of waiting and seeing other customers arriving after me and leaving before me, i got to thinking what is taking so long. I go out to the lobby to see my vehicle to see my vehicle parked in the parking lot. When i asked how long it had been done the person at the desk got a attitude with me.

  On vacation, needed an emergency tire repair. They hooked me up, charged a very reasonable price, and got me out of there fast.

  So I took my car to best 1 tire and auto care today to have two front tires replaced. Prior to their service the only display warning on my car was a low pressure on my front passenger tire. After the car was finished I had 4 warning lights, the ABS, stability track/ traction light and the engine light. Trying to negotiate them to fix it all they wanted to do is a courtesy scan that they did once already but was not willing to fix the issues without me paying more. So now I'm going to another shop to see what's wrong. Don't take me word for it, go see for yourself what poor business is ran at Best one tire and autocare

  My wife was on her way to Cleveland and started losing pressure in a tire. I found Best One on the internet. They were able to get her right in and found a screw in one of the tires. They got her back on her way very quickly. They ended up charging a better rate than I can get in my home town. Our experience from the initial phone call to paying and hitting the road is at 100%. Always nice to get service far past your expectations.

  Got a flat after hours and called Best One. Mike was there waiting for us when we arrived. He found us a tire, was really helpful and very quick.
