There is office room but nobody there when we got there. I dialed the number, he told us there was one room available but the lights were not working. He said it's 200 a week or 45/night. With that price I'd rather stay at Motel6
Same thing kicked me an my best freind . out in the cold. Among other young wanna be cowgirls. Eitheir serve or i protect. Combination would be perfered! Just sayin!!!
Rooms are cheap but cover necessities. Most are permanent residents paying $200 a week out of institutions so the neighbors can be sketch. Manager is a chill guy usually willing to work with you. And for the cheapest room in Provo it can't be beat.
The place has been remodeled and looks great ! Nice people, quiet at night and now with the new management I can walk my dog at night without having any worries. I love it here and I will stay here for few months until I can buy my own house.
This place needs to be shut down! Great neighborhood, but DO NOT GO HERE! It is a dangerous with many police calls. Not safe.
This is an illegitimate hotel maintained in very unsanitary and unsafe conditions. On average, there is a police call here every 2.5 days. I hope this place shuts its doors soon.
Potential user beware. This is not a hotel, but rather an old hotel used for transient individuals. Even if you are in need of housing this is not the place you should go. Seek out other legitimate community assistance programs.
Got here in March 2015. It was a true miraculous just getting into a cheaper motel The Management is great We are as, family.ppl really shouldn't judge till they are down n out with no one else but a small amount of poor n lonely the afflicted, and forgotten.
Should be called the worst Motel. I suppose it is good if you like sharing a motel with druggies, prostitutes, and having the cops bust down doors all night and day arresting these low life losers. Management knows it is an awful place. they never even come around. it's like a cesspool of all of the worst kind of people you didn't know existed in provo.
