Do not book here. They kept $40 bucks of my reservation after cancelling more than 30 days in advance. When the website says they only charge $15 cancellation fee. Women was very rude on phone and would not honor their policy.

I reserved with juniper hills for my trip to Michigan from Florida. I cancelled 6 weeks prior to my arrival. Their website states they refund all but $15 for a cancellation fee but instead they will not honor that and are charging me a full day $30. When I asked if they honor their website cancellation fee, I was advised they do not. Also, they charged my card originally but have to send a check for the refund. They only process refunds on the 15th of the month. I would have been okay with that but now that they don't even honor their own website policy, I am going to just share their refund policy add a while. Beware of registering at juniper hills.
