Don't carry parts for my Buell and prices are always higher than other parts stores.
You have to walk through the bikes for sale to get to the parts dept, so all the salesmen mob you kinda like going: me me me me! Probably a high pressure sales job.
And they don't carry more than 2 or 3 AVG helmets, but pleeeenty of Shoeis and they push them on you so you know what helmet company has a deal with Bert.
I will say they have a large selection of bikes, boats and 4-wheelers good place to browse, but skip it when the time to pull the trigger comes.response / report this review -

They have a great selection here but the prices are very high! I bought my first bike here but I don't know that I would be a returning customer. I come here a lot but only to look around sonce it k the closest power sports store to my location. But again the selection can't be beat, just be careful getting suckered in by the sales men and women.

Love bringing my kids to this place. Been coming here for years. The service is excellent, knowledge is wonderful, love facility is clean, everybody is so friendly and always willing to help.

This is a very large, very professional company with knowledgeable, helpful staff. We met the sales manager and the owner at an off-road show — informative with no pressure. Everyone at the store was friendly and went out of their way to help us. The inventory in every category is huge. We bought a Can-Am UTV and are were pleased with purchase process. Service did a great job installing all our accessories.

A huge thanks to the Bert's Mega Mall team for helping me out with my Seadoo Spark that sustained a broken steering column. I was travelling through California from Toronto Canada and Bert's was the ONLY dealer in Nevada and Cali that had the part I needed and was able to make the time to do the work while I was still in LA. Super appreciated the fast and professional customer service and the staff going the extra mile for a total stranger. Cheers guys!

I've purchased several vehicles from Bert's Mega Mall, including 3 Polaris Slingshot's, 2 Boats and a Motorcycle Trailer. They have an unbelievable amount of inventory that allows them to truly be your "one stop shop" for everything and anything FUN! They've always treated me with respect and the pricing is always fair! Thanks guys.. will definitely be back again to buy more toys!

Service was great and let me in before they were "open"about 15 min early because it was so hot. I appreciate the respect! I was in for a hood latch replacement as a stereo shop busted mine and denied that it was them. Luckily I have a warranty because the part was 13 dollars and total cost came out to $240+!!! I don't know if that is the going service rate or if that's due to the slingshot being a different type of vehicle but I would've been pissed if I had to pay that just for a hood latch. Service was great but man that cost for the price alone I will give a 3. The service was 5 stars. So they get an average of 4

I responded to an ad on Cycle Trader for an NC700X DCT and was placed in contact with Lucas Rivas, a sales person at Bert's. Lucas answered my questions with friendly professionalism and even took several additional pictures for me of critical components and texted them to me. We quickly agreed on a fair price for the bike and handled the whole transaction over the phone and email. On several occasions my wife handled transportation logistics with Lucas. He was as kind, friendly and professional with my wife as he was with me. Five star service from LUCAS RIVAS! Ask for him by name if you are shopping at Bert's.

Great place! I feel like a kid in a toy store there. I wouldn't sell my bike to them, HOWEVER, they do offer you to store the bike their to sell and they add 10% to your selling price do that they profit from it but you also get your money's worth for the bike. They are really friendly and helpful. Love going here.

Dropped in for a tire change and they had my bike ready to go within a few hours (on a Tuesday). Good service, but obviously the big dealers are a bit pricey. Can't complain! I needed it done quickly and knew they would be reliable. My go-to for quick service.

So I've been trying to get a new motorcycle for about two weeks at other dealerships, I've had a used 750 Honda shadow for about 5 years. I saw a Yamaha V-Max for sale online at Bert's Mega Mall and figured I'd give a go. I submitted a finance application online Friday night, got a call from Dino Smaldino Saturday morning and he collected the info to process my application. Surprisingly, I was approved immediately and I got a pretty reasonable deal. Dino and the staff at Bert's were very enthusiastic about motorcycles and extremely helpful. Bert's, in my opinion, has always been a bit pricey but with the sale and variety of options to finance/loan, I was very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Bert's for items that are on sale, and if you purchase a motorcycle, I would definitely recommend giving Dino a call. Dino is very enthusiastic about motorcycles and he'll definitely help you get the motorcycle you'll love.

Thanks to Larry Garcia, he made my purchasing experience an awesome one. I put my deposit down in Oct 2016 for the new 2017 Honda 450RX, and Larry kept in touch with me constantly. Other than Honda making me wait so long for my bike ;-), Larry was great. Gave me an awesome deal, especially considering it was the first one they got in. I'm a regular in their Parts Dept, and the Parts guys are awesome as well. If your looking for a hard working and communicative Salesman, Larry is your guy. He knows his stuff, and when he doesn't, he isn't afraid to admit it and go find someone that does. Stick with Larry, you can't go wrong!!!!
