This dealership was top notch! Greg White went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a vehicle the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Greg White in sales @ Bernardi to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. ”

I know very little about cars and I've never shopped for one on my own so I was pretty intimated walking into a setting that is notorious for having high pressure and sketchy schemes. I met Germ right when I got on site and immediately felt at ease. He asked a lot of questions, and let me make decisions based off his suggestions. He worked with my budget and just overall made the process so easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back here when my lease is up! Keep it up!

I have referred several people to this location because of the great experience I had. Aside from the great selection of cars, Greg White was super helpful and amazing. He helps you as much as he is able to, in finding the perfect car for you at the same time as getting it for the best price you can. I will continue to send people here, because I know this staff really cares!

Bernard Honda might just be the best dealership on earth. Sam was my dealer and he really helpful. It was my first time financing a vehicle, his understanding of the process and the cars made it a whole lot easier for me. The new financing manager JJ will also work harder for a random customer like myself, than any of the other financing managers I dealt with during my car search. I would recommend Bernardi 100X over. Now only time will tell how the car will hold up, but I'm not worried, it's a Honda

I recently bought a car at Bernardi Honda Natick. My sales consultant was David Medrano. Before walking in we knew what model we wanted but not what color. He was very helpful with our decision on which color to choose by bringing out the ones available on the lot as we wanted to drive off that day. Once selected David was very clear on explaining each step that was to follow. We had our two year old daughter with us and David was very helpful in showing us the children's section and providing us with water. He checked it many times for both paper work and our comfort level. The computer screen on our car had not been set up and there were many cars in front of ours. David was kind enough to offer a ride through the shuttle system to the mall as it was lunch time and our toddler was getting restless. This was much appreciated! The final process with Mike to sign financial paper work was quick and well explained. We did change on of our options and he was very patient with us. Over all I would refer Bernardi Honda Natick to friends and family, especially to work with David Mike. (My father-in-law actually purchased a car there two weeks after we did) Thanks Janelle Velez

Just bought a great 2017 civic ex-t and the sales person Tonya Dryden was the best sales person we have ever dealt with and the general sales manager was great to work with also. His name was Jason Testagrossa. It was what I wanted to pay and they were very nice and professional in getting to the price I wanted. Tonya knows her Honda's and her love of Hondas showed. She was very friendly and we felt like we could relate to her. We had a great experience.

I have been to very few dealerships in my life, however, this is by far my favorite. The location is incredibly easy to find, and they have a ton of inventory which is awesome for someone like me, who had been struggling with deciding on a model. I am incredibly thankful for the amazing service I received, from the moment I stepped in to the moment I stepped out from Eric D! Not only did he allow me to test drive any of the vehicles I wanted, he explained the financial aspect as well as all features in a way that did not come across conoscending which most salespeople do. He listened to my list of desires very well to ensure we chose the right vehicle for me. I am very fortunate and surprised to have fallen in love with my new 2017 accord same day, and pleased the entire process was a breeze!! I 100% will be returning in the future and recommending him to all of my friends/family.

I put in a request to see if a car was still available on Friday evening and received a call back by 9:30 AM on Saturday morning. I had an appointment scheduled that day at noon and was was lucky enough to work with Peter Shumrak. He made the whole process a breeze and took great care of my husband and I while we waited for all of the paperwork to be completed. He was able to get everything completed (registration, inspection, etc.) within the time frame I had left with my rental. Great experience and will be back in the future!

Went to Bernardi Honda for a very simple transaction (return of a leased vehicle) after Honda Village in Newton were quite difficult and wouldn't provide the service that they promised that morning. The gentleman I worked with at Bernardi on the other hand was very friendly, professional, and made the return quite simple. What made the visit all the more exceptional is that they not only knew that I'd already purchased our next car from another (Toyota) dealership but even arranged to give me a ride in their courtesy vehicle. Very solid customer service that earned them my hearty recommendation and will garner a visit if we go back to a Honda in the future.

I came in for an oil change at 9:15. I presented a coupon, and pointed out to the gentleman at the service desk that it states the oil change would be less than 30 minutes (he told me it would be 1hr). Since I brought by 3 year old with me I decided just to get it done instead of finding another place to go. it's been 1hr and 20 minutes and I'm still waiting for my car. The best part is that I was in the waiting room with a woman who was also getting an oil change who arrived 15 minutes after I did, and left 10 minutes ago. Hahaha what a joke!

I chose Bernardi Honda to buy my first car based on a recommendation from my dad. He bought a Honda with you many years ago, and had a great experience. I'm glad he recommended Bernardi; I too had a great experience working with Bob McGrath and ended up settling on a 2015 Civic that drives great and is everything I was looking for! Bob even picked me up at the train station when I came back to drive the car off the lot, since I (obviously) didn't have a ride to get to the dealership on my own - and followed up to make sure I was happy with everything after the car left the lot. I'm very happy with my new car, the price I paid for it, and the great service & attention from Bernardi staff. I'll definitely be recommending you to friends & family! Thanks again!

We purchased a couple of used vehicles from Bernardi in the last two years and the service that they provided was exceptional. We had some issues with the first vehicle and we worked with the Bernardi Team for well over a year to address our concerns. Ultimately we decided to trade in the first vehicle and purchase another used vehicle from Bernardi. Based on past experience 99% of dealerships would have said "sorry but not our problem" and move on--The Bernardi Team proved to us that they are that exceptional 1% that understands what it takes to earn the business and earn customers for lifeThe team went above and beyond the call of duty from sales, sales management, finance to service until they satisfied our every need, ultimately sending us off in a car that completely met our needs and expectations. I have bought several vehicles from this dealer and they really listen to me and what I am looking for in a vehicle. The sales people are very kind and attentive, but not pushy. They are very knowledgeable about all vehicles and their capabilities.

I had an excellent experience at Natick Bernardi Honda. I've been looking for 2017 Honda Accord for quite bit of time. After having many visits to several Honda dealers to get best deal, finally I'm very impressed with the deal that Bernardi Honda has. When I went to the dealer the first time, I met with Walter Garrote, he greeted me pleasantly and his customer service skill is superb. I mentioned to him that I got price from other dealer and whether he can match it. He worked with his manager to give me the best price and at the end that is the price that I'm happy with. After that, he informed me with document required for finance purposes, update me with any progress and prepare the car to be pick up in no time. Keep up the great work Walter !
