Aaron is very knowledgeable. The price is transparent, you can skip negotiation part. Christine, Jason what a team! And service didn’t end after I pick up the car.

Wilson Sanon in Sales is the best! Every time I am in the market for a new car, I make sure to go see him. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He always helps me find the right Benz for the right price. I picked up my E300 2017 on Friday and I am in Love!

Will NEVER go wrong with Thomas Parker, Aaron Stork and Jason Wong!!! My family was tragically impacted by hurricane Maria and with the end of my lease looming over the Westwood team made renewing my lease and the process EFFORTLESS! They were compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and expedited everything to accommodate my needs, during this difficult time! This is why I have been with them 7 years and will continue to do business with them! THANK YOU GUYS!!!

This review is based on my interactions with a Internet sales person Jennifer Rojas from MB of Westwood. From the time of first phone call with her about the specs of the vehicle I needed, she had a very patient ear to all of my requests. She went above and beyond in helping me find the right specs for the vehicle i would like to purchase. Even though I have not yet bought my vehicle, she has been very helpful and suggestive about all of my options. I would like to commend the dealership for having such nice employees that help customers make the right choice without pressurizing at all. Keep it up MB of Westwood. Five plus stars!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE BAR NONE!!! Very Special Thank you to Maria, Jason and Steve for a phenomenal experience and going over and beyond to make this purchase for us so comfortable and easy. They are truly the definition of 'The BEST or Nothing" all the way round. We will continue to purchase from MB of Westwood for years to come. We're already looking forward to our next purchase!

I just moved to the area and have experienced good MB service at past dealerships, but MB of Westwood takes the cake. My lease was up and their team was so helpful getting me into a new car. They took the time to ask questions and understand positive and negative aspects from my previous lease experiences so they could tailor my new car to meet my needs. The Intelligent Drive system rocks! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you MB of Westwood.

Made several attempts to get information about a specific vehicle I wanted to purchase. No one responded. It's a shame that this dealership lost a customer due to not responding. I read many of the reviews. Even though I saw many that reported communication was horrible and they also got no response, I still took a chance. Guess what I discovered? The reviews were correct. Salespeople and sales managers just do not respond to questions or inquiries. It really is a shame. The Hanover location is just as bad. Although they responded, they refused to answer my questions. That sales person tried to tell me what she felt was best for my car buying experience. She explained that was why she wouldn't answer my questions. Can't give the review no stars because it won't post with no stars. But no stars is how I feel. Update: I just saw that the vehicle I was interested in has been moved to the NH location. Maybe that's why I got no response. Must be some games being played.

Love them! The entire staff team is wonderful. My 2 favorite are Chris and KC. They worked really hard to make me happy! At the end of it all that's how it should. I go back for a lifetime!

Had a great experience at MB Westwood. Worked with Steve Avelino through the leasing process and he was great. Also worked with Thomas Parker and he was up front and reasonable. When I picked up the car, Steve introduced me to Nick in service and he gave me his contact info should I need it. Overall great expetienc

I really enjoyed my experience at Mercedes Benz of Westwood. I've owned a C300, but was looking for an E Class and am so glad I came to Westwood. After walking in the door, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff eager to help. I'm not much of a "gear-head", but love the look, style, and reliability of Mercedes so it was great to work with a team that I felt I can trust to help me find the right car for me and my family. Thank you MB of Westwood! Keep up the great work.
