We are frequent visitors here. Staff are friendly and helpful. During stage productions I use the assisted listening device. This I found somewhat lacking. Perhaps our seat location affected the reception. Concerts are great! Last visit was for Manheim Steamroller. We think it may be an annual event for us.

The venue here is great! The place huge, and during the Christmas season they have the vintage animated scenes around the lobby. It's an excellent place for them - plenty of room.

The concert hall was clean, and the ushers knew what they were doing. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

Beautiful facility. Ushers and venue manager all very helpful and kind. Orchestra is great. Only problem is lack of handicapped parking. That needs to be improved. What should have been handicapped parking was reserved for daily parking. Not making me want to go back.

My wife and I had seats towards the back of the orchestra, just under the first balcony. It was perfect for us. We could each see the entire stage. The atmosphere there is incredible, and the staff and ushers are so helpful and kind. The orchestra was absolutely amazing, and the sound was excellent. The actors we're wearing microphones, but it sounded clear, and as if the it was coming directly from the stage, and not from speakers.
The parking garage is close by, and easy to come and go. The theater parking garage was $7.
Would definitely recommend this venue for any performance.

I went to the Alton Brown Live: Eat Your Science show. The theatre was beautiful, first time going there. The only downside was that I had requested an American Sign Language interpreter, they pretty much put my brother, sister in law and myself in an awkward position. The stage was right in front of us and the Interpreter was to our left and almost behind us. I had went to the Box Office to explain the awkward seating, they removed us from our seat, made us stand for 10 minutes then “House Management” seated us even further away from the Interpreter where it was pretty much straining my eyes after trying to squint and see the Interpreter and watch the show. I enjoyed the performance but wishes that the situation were handled differently. I was willing to give someone else our seats to sit closer to the stage so I can sit a little further back so I can be in the right view of the stage and the Interpreters. This experience won’t stop me from giving them another shot. (These pictures are zoomed in shots)

It's a pretty venue but the seats are very cramped even in the more costly areas. It has a nice dining establishment on the bottom floor and there are plenty of programs and performances to see there. The staff have always been helpful. We have season tickets to the performance series and often shows seem to repeat a bit to close from season to season. One season I swear smeemed like non-stop shows made after movies etc which I tend to loathe anyway. I tend to have a low feeling of loyalty because of this but I'm sure they're just trying to bring in the paying gigs.

Beautiful theater. On our last visit, we had seats in the Upper Balcony. I had never sat there before. I discovered that there is truly not a bad seat in the theater!

I love The Schuster. Great space for smaller function's if you are not in the mood for 'elbow room only' and taking "forever" to exit. Great food and drinks.👍

Wife and I seen Seinfeld tonightwas AMAZING!! We somehow found a parking space on the street on the next block for free. Great venue for parking and local eateries in close proximity.

Beautiful venue. Prices are ok for concerts. Good rock concerts with the orchestra. Next year there will be the music of Elton John and Tommie among others.

A real gem of the city! Wonderful Broadway productions come through every year. Never had any issues parking, finding seats, quality of productions, security, or anything.

This the premier venue in the Dayton area. Nothing else comes close. No matter where you are in the theater, you have no trouble hearing the performance. The staff is mostly volunteer and very friendly. Everything about this venue strives toward class and sophistication - something in short supply in the Dayton area. It is like a refuge for those how appreciate beauty.
