DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Horrible customer service. Bought a new Frigidaire Refrigerator here last November. We have had it serviced 5 times now because the freezer will not stay cold and they will not replace it. We have been told our only option is to pay for an extended warranty since our warranty is about to expire. We were actually told by one of their managers that if we wanted to have it replaced we should have bought it at Costco. So much for buying local!

We bought many items from there after we had our house fire. Staff was helpful while we were picking things out and their delivery staff was helpful and careful while they delivered things to our home. They did a wonderful job setting our items in place thanks for all they did for us. We had a great experience Amy and Kerry C.

I look for a selection of merchandise that gives me options on style, performance, bells and whistles and price; Appliance Center delivers. My mom and I stopped in to Appliance Center on Labor Day to look at new appliances for my kitchen this is being remodeled. We were greeted by sales person, Josh Nelson and he was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands and products and wasn’t the typical "pressured type sales person" that everyone dreads to work with. I purchased most everything from the Frigidaire line - Range, dishwasher, over the range microwave, and French door refrigerator, which is the best. Everything is brushed nickel - smudge free. I also purchased a new Maytag washer. Nicole was the person who I worked with when purchasing and she too was great. Everything was delivered the next day and again, great experience with the two gentlemen that delivered my new appliances (JJ and Chris M.) were awesome.

I truly wish that I could rate this store at a zero but it is not possible. I find it to be comical that all the excellent reviews are clearly from the store representatives themselves. I have never been so appalled by a companies customer service. I have close relations with people in the Toledo blade as well as a few news stations so they should expect to see some reviews stated within those companies as well. Let's not forget the most important one which is the better business bureau. A company that runs like that, there has to be many other things that are not done to standards. George is a manager? Hah, I would like to see his qualifications.
