I really wasn't too impressed with this restaurant. For the price, I would rather go to a regular hibachi place. The food was good but a little too salty. None of the chefs were Asian, they were all Hispanic. The atmosphere was good, but very loud. The drinks were really good. The restaurant is right across from the ocean so there was a nice view.

I am on a special diet for my health and they were so fabulous Chef "Wilmer" cooked all the food exactly like I needed it!!! Perfect Father's Day gift for my husband and a great treat for me too (as I have not eaten out in over 2 yrs). But now that I know they will accommodate my diet, we will be there all the time :) Thanks Benihana Key West

Food was okay but service was TERRIBLE! It took about 10 min before he took our drink order and another 20 before even bringing them. Once we finally got our food (30 additional min) the waiter never again stopped at our table to check on us. No drink refills! Had to get up and go get our own soy sauce dishes from the sushi bar. Waiter walked past our table several times but was always preoccupied with the table behind us.
We finally stacked all of our empty plates at the edge of the table to get his attention. Once he brought the check it literally took another 15 min for him to pick it up, it would have taken longer but standing up seemed to get his attention and he finally took it to the register. NEVER AGAIN! POOR SERVICE is an under statement to say the least!

Went here with my mom after a trade show we attended. I liked the salt water fish tank because it is used as a privacy panel to divide the dining room. There was a low grade hurricane storm passing through that night. I liked the meal we had.

Prices are too high for the food served. Our group wanted no veggies but was given no option for substitutes. Waitress/server was not friendly and service was poor. Huge disappointment from 4 years ago!
