Rooms are large and empty. The beds and pillows are hard. Funny smells and dirty. Reception was clueless and the breakfast was sad. Never again.

Chris (the GM) is amazing. Great person and very, very helpful. Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Waiting to try their breakfast but I will definitely stay here in all my future visits to Bellevue and the surrounding areas. Rooms were clean too!

Bellevue is a small town but I was impressed by all the amenities this hotel has with inside and outside pools. A small game room! Friendly manger that is on sight 24 hrs. Nice continental breakfast!

A hidden gem just few miles off the highway. Very homely feeling and very reasonably priced place.
Had a warm feeling to the place even when I got here at midnight.
Spacious rooms with classical feel.
Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in this region.

If you're staying around the area, you'll definitely wanna check this place out. Rates are a great value for what you get. Clean room, no bugs, no worry of bugs, comfortable bed and the rest of what you likely expect. If I had to say something to improve it would be the wifi, which worked during my entire stay, but was a little spotty at times. Still, much better than other rooms I've stayed in.

It was wonderful for the price. I checked on after midnight and desk staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Rooms were very clean and I felt safe and comfortable here.

Very friendly front desk staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. You could tell it was a little bit of an older hotel but I was not disappointed with it at all! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great from pulling in, to leaving establishment staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in this vicinity. As for myselfthe price, pool, and staff .. I'll definitely be back.

Highly recommended. We go to the lake's 2 - 3 times a year as a family. And are stay here has always been positive. Better then the over rated places at the lakes..You will enjoy your stay. Front desk see's to it.

Nice little hotel on Bellevue. It's a cheap overnight stay I would recommend for family and friends of locals. If you're traveling through I'd seek accommodations on a larger town like Sandusky just for competition and entertainment.

DO NOT stay here the owner of the hotel is an absolute scam artist i am actually in the process of reporting him to the bbb i had to stay in the extended stay for 3 months and he ended up charging my insurance over 16000 ya thats right 16000 for the absolute crapest lil room he will also make it sound like hes this great guy trying to help u and ur family out but DO NOT trust him for a second he is a snake in the grass we also after about the 2nd month of staying here had some exterminators come in and they told us that part of the hotel had bedbugs and he had to have it all checked out then when my insurance finally decided they couldn't afford to pay this scan artist anymore i went to talk to him my self to see if he would offer me the original deal of 300 a week and o boy did he have some stories to tell me about that one he actually tried to tell me the electric alone for my room was 300 a week which everyone knows u pay by the month and then he tried telling me he originally offered the room to me for 350 a week but that he couldn't do this anymore either bc he was afraid i would tell my insurance that he gave me a lower rate and then they would make him pay it back so do to his greedy ways me and my pregnant gf and her daughter r homeless so PLEASE People do ur self a favor go to Sandusky or one of the other area hotels this guy will rob u blind

My opinion is if you're looking for a no tell motel this is the place for you but if you're looking for a respectable good value for your money I would not suggest this place we had to be moved to two rooms and one was no better than the other stains everywhere very uncourteous staff if you pay the $80 like we did a night to stay here you are required to take out your own trash they charge you $10 a day for each animal you have even though they say their pet friendly it just absolute absurd place behind the buildings are trash discarded mattresses and when we first got here because we are waiting to move into our new home we were told about discounts we would get in each time we went to pay we would not get the discount and basically told pay or get out you would figure that we paid over $1,400 already in a little over two weeks we've been here we had to even contact the mayor of Bellevue Ohio because we found out that we were being illegally charged $10 a day for each dog we had and because their medical dogs it's against the law to be charged anything for them they charged us anyhow and the mayor is supposed to be doing an investigation on this motel for us would just absolutely gobsmacked by the lack of care and service for the money that we have paid we are leaving tomorrow and will never stay here ever again and again if you have children I would not suggest staying here place is kept very nasty when we got into our second room there was black mold all over our shower head all around our bathtub faucet we had to take bleach ourselves and clean it off I personally am going to take pictures and post them all the garbage around the place the very unclean rooms and I'm going to also call the corporation office and filed a complaint because the amount we paid and the disrespect and the and the way that the motel is kept I'm just floored that they have the audacity to ask the prices they're asking a room for such a dirty place I do not recommend this place to anybody that works hard for their money I would suggest staying at the Red Roof Inn because for the same price you get a luxury room in the luxury motel with all the bells and whistles and for the money you spend here you get absolutely nothing but for the maid to tell you to take out your own trash totally unacceptable

Comfortable economy hotel in a great location. Known for its great customer service. Has a nice walking area behind the hotel, around water reservoirs. Pet friendly.
