THE WORSE CAR EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!! I purchased my first car from here the guy let me drive off with NO INSURANCE because he wanted a sale within three days my car started smoking , head gasket blew , battery no longer worked & a lot of other things i cannot even remember it was so horrible when i called they were sooo rude & nonchalant told me they couldn’t do anything about it. I gave them the car back & months later I tried purchasing a car but they still had that car as if it was still in my possession!!!! Bad business & Bad cars

Recently bought a truck from here without having it checked out by a mechanic. Big mistake had to put almost $1000 into the truck immediately upon taking it to my mechanic at home. I also was unaware of the $500 I needed to pay for title transfer to another state. They knocked off a little bit of money from the number agreed upon purchasing because of this. I highly recommend taking your own mechanic to this dealership before a purchase is made, if you dare to purchase from them. Whoever they have looking over vehicles doesn't know what they are doing, or they are just dishonest.

Excellent sales staff, just a little too laid back after the sale. Had minor issue. Fixed promptly, but did not want to address other issue. Told me what to do. I just believe 1000s spent deserve $20 or less of attention

I wanted to put no stars but I had to just to say they're not worth the ground they stand on. They are liers and decivers and screwed my cousin big time and she is very loyal and as five kids. They wouldn't even put her in a vehicle after she just bought her vehicle it broke down and they wouldn't even help her. Left her standed and lied to her face and said the head guy wasn't there to help her and he was in the back office the whole time.

My experience with bells Auto sales, was terrible, I bought a truck from them before, made my payments on time. Today I called them to talk about trading my van in, the salesman acted like he was not consurned, he said they don't have vehicles with that meaney miles, did not even say come up with this down payment, I will not recommend y'all to anyone, I used to tell everyone about what kind of service you have me, no more

False advertising and will not stick to any agreement they make with you.
They have great vehicles at great prices but don't expect anything extra. They won't honor the warranty they have posted in the lobby for vehicles financed under 100,000 miles and do not go by anything their financial team tells you. They will not honor any arrangement you make together. Thanks to hurricane Matthew that came along last month, I fell behind on a payment. They called on a Thursday and agreed it was ok for me to pay double the following Friday. 3days later they repossessed the car. Do not expect that they will go by the agreement you both make and approved by them because after repossession they will refer you to their contact.response / report this review
