The car was on their website but when we arrived there we were told it wouldn't be there til Friday. The guy also said the part was around $39 but the lady there said it was $205. We wasted gas and time for these low-life unknowledged possum face pigs. I will not be back to your so called business again! -LKQ: Low Kooch Queefs-

The people working here have no knowledge on products at all. I was told over the phone there was a part I needed there, when I got there no one knew anything about it nor could they give any direction on what part was what. Ill be reporting to the BBB as well!

Dont waste you time or money with this company. Hours of Sun-Mon 9am-5pm but they actually close at 4:30pm. All I needed was a radiator but now they have wasted my time.

The Savannah location has a tendency to scam their customers. I should've have taken the advice of other reviews. They will give you a quote for your vehicle, and drastically drop the offer when they get it to their lot. Total scam! Not to mention that the customer service reps and the managers don't communicate at all - either that or they are all incompetent.

Never have anything you are looking for. When you go in looking for a certain vehicle they basically tell you it's out in the yard if you can find it. Other yards can tell you the row the vehicles are on so you don't spend an hour looking for it only to find that it is pretty much gone anyway. Would not go here unless you have no other choice.

LKQ is a great place but the new manager is incompetent and a poor excuse for a employee, he doesn't know how to relate to customers and is not management material. I hope they will replace him soon. I have instructed my employees to go to other pick it yards and only go to LKQ as a last resort!

Lkq is a Goldmine. found a bolt I stripped that O'Reilly's, Advanced, and Autozone's parts picker drones couldn't find in their computers. Thanks LKQ

Helpful staff and now they have an inventory online with pictures. They can also do a parts interchange to see what other vehicles have the part I need. I will definitely be back.
