I heard good things about this place .As an AFRICAN AMERICAN my visit there was honorable I asked for some ammo he put it on the table and range me up. He didn't say IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE .I was not done shopping. That was a sign hurry up and get out .On top of that two employees walked pass me I had to ask for help. I will tell the NRA about this matter .and I ask for steel ammo he gave brass HP didn't know until I got home. After all that my brother said give them another chance I would , don't know if it's mutual. Ps.Money is one color

Beikirchs is THE BEST. I have now purchased two (2) handguns and sold one handgun through Beikirchs. You will get the best price and the service is excellent. they have installed 3 high-visibility sights for me

Horrible customer service. I asked about a few firearms and was told that they were not NY legal. Went to Gander Mountain, Field & Stream, The Firing Pin, and even Dick's and found the firearms in question. The dumb people here know absolutely NOTHING about firearms or the state that they work in. The people that work here are the jackasses that voted for Cuomo and support the SAFE act.

Thought I had developed a good relationship having made a number of purchases over the years. Recently ordered a part and have not heard anything from anyone in over 2 weeks. I have called to check on the part and you would think in this day and age someone would get on the phone or get a tracking number. All I have gotten is a "it's not here yet". I am just going to go elsewhere and won't be returning. Too much arrogance over there!!!

I purchased scope rings for my 30/06 4-5 years ago. I paid to have them mounted and bore sighted. The other day while cleaning my gun, somehow I broke the scope off of the gun with very little pressure.Went there today to get new rings and remounted, never expecting them to warranty the original rings.They took my gun in the back , 15 minutes later came back handed me the gun all set with new rings, mounted and bore sighted.I asked the gentlemen , "what do I owe ya". He said your all set dude. They didn't have to do that , but with customer service like that I'll never go anywheres else, including any person I know. Great knowledgeable guys, and a family type atmosphere. Thanks Beikirch
