I would not use this company for any future service. There probably the most expensive company in town and the work is not commensurate with their price. I had them do an insurance job and told them upfront that the insurance would send me a check when the job was done. They knew upfront they had to complete the job before they got paid. The job was finished the insurance company within a week and they complained about not getting paid immediately. I also had an issue with the polymer coating coming off on the floor and they refused to do anything about it. Don't use this company

We had our kitchen refinished and the floors look like new. There was absolutely no dust and the crews that arrived on time each day were very professional and friendly. I will be recommending Rochester Hardwood Floor to everyone!
