The greatest mattress store I've ever been in! From the start they made sure I was taken care of and didn't try to throw mattresses I didn't want at me. I gave them a price range and they worked with me! Truly an incredible store and the employees and management are magnificent!

Tonya at Bedzzz Express in Enterprise was awesome when we bought our bed. She had excellent customer service and excellent knowledge about mattresses. We will only go to her for our future mattress needs!

Tonya was incredible! Very informative, helpful, & quick to help us meet our needs. My husband just moved to Fort Rucker and needed a bed to be delivered next day and she was more than willing to make it happen and understood our rush. We will definitely be referring others to come to Bedzzz Express!

Went in this evening to buy a new bed and talked with Tonya. She was absolutely wonderful. Went above and beyond to take care of myself and Justin. They didn't have our mattress in stock and so we got free add-ons since we have to wait for it. Will definitely be going back when it's time to upgrade the kid's bed. Thank you so much for making this process as painless as possible for us!

After doing tons of research and visiting other mattress stores, my husband and I went to Bedzzz Express in Enterprise, AL and were instantly greeted by Tonya! Her knowledge of their premium selection and friendly advise was well noted and she quickly felt like a friend. We purchased a king size mattress while we were there and never once felt pressured or like we were being given a sales pitch. We tried a few different mattresses as she was knowledgeable about each. I love that they offer a 90 day Simple Zzz's guarantee along with their 90 day lowest price promise. Both of these guarantees gave us comfort in knowing we left getting the very best price! Delivery was simple and easy, even after a busy holiday weekend. The crew was friendly and efficient. They called to confirm a time, called before arrival, and were quick to get the job done. After receiving our mattress, Tonya sent us a very kind thank you letter. We are now loyal customers and look forward to doing future business with Bedzzz Express!

My husband and I walked in on a Saturday to test and buy a king size mattress. We had visited a few other local places and didn't care for the customer service as much as we did here. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the different brands and we didn't feel pressured or chased around the store like some other places. Also quick delivery they came on time and even called 20 minutes prior. The delivery man even helped me with the frame, since I couldn't figure out the middle bar. Would recommend!

Visited BedsExpress twice in the past year. Greeted warmly both times. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. Good warranty, return policy, free delivery and pickup of my old mattress set. Tonya was very pleasant and helpful, even making me aware that they had a price guarantee if they or a competitor advertised my mattress set at a better price after my purchase. I had a pleasant, no pressure, no sales pitch buying experience with BedsExpress!

We had visited at least there other mattress stores before Bedzzz Express. We were very confused by then and didn't feel like we knew enough to make purchase yet. The sales lady at Bedzzz Express was so helpful. She asked us a few questions and brought us right to options that fit our budget and needs. She never tried to talk us into more expensive models or things we didn't need. She was very informed on the products and made the process very easy. We have been very satisfied with the bed we purchased. From purchase to delivery this company was first rate. I will never shop anywhere else.
