Was only 5 minutes away from winter park, (the attached picture). There was one hidden fee 25 dollars for linen but it was for the whole weekend. Didn't have to pay daily I was told. But was a great stay condo was big for two people and could easily fit two couples! Bed was comfy and rooms where quite! I like the traditional keys keeping that cottage old style feel! Tv in living room and bedroom with available dvds to rent! Didn't use the pool or hot tub but was indoor so open year round! I would happily stay again! Thank you

Very nice place and very close to the main town. Lots of places to eat around and Ski area is not far away. The place has a nice log cabin feel with a gas fireplace and 2 beds. The kids love the bunk bed in the 2nd Bed room. They have 2 TVs and a hand full of channels as well.

We were promised bunk beds and an updated condo when we made reservations. We arrived to a place that had no bunk beds and was outdated. I was hoping for cute rustic charm. We got a gloomy apartment at best. Smelled old, floors creaked, and wasn't thoroughly cleaned from previous guests. Plus we had to endure the smell of marijuana from the neighbors and thus couldn't enjoy the views or fresh air from the balcony bc we had to keep all windows and doors shut tight. First vacation I left having bags under my eyes since trains passed all night right outside our residence, sleep was impossible.

Find another location to stay at, is my advise.

Close to downtown Winter Park. Some condos are nicer than others just depends on if the owners have made updates. Great for summer activities in town.

Stayed here with a small group while we were riding downhill at Trestle. We stayed at unit 1912. This place was FANTASTIC. Great decor, clean, and comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Condo was very outdated, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Found mouse droppings on the sheets of the pull out sofa sleeper and sinks backed up our second night when I was getting my kids cleaned up for bed. Disgusting!! They were suppose to send up a cleaning person to clean the mouse droppings and condo but no one ever came. They offered a gift certificate to a brewery or distillery. When we asked which one was more kid friendly they said the brewery. When we got to the brewery they only served beer, no food and not kid friendly. It was ridiculous. When I shared everything again with Tiffany at the front desk before we checked out she offered a free night if we came back another time. NO THANK YOU! Why would I go back after so many issues. Should have made it right the first time!

I understand it's the offseason, but longer hours during holiday weekends would be appreciated.

Our unit is well appointed and comfortable. The staff is friendly and the location is close to everything you would like to do in Winter Park . It's not luxury, but it's a good value for the price.

Describe your experience Painfully frustrating to say the least.

The condos themselves are about average but the service from the front desk is a nightmare. One of the guys was reasonably knowledgeable but very rude. The other guy was completely clueless (99% sure he was high) but at least he was nice and willing to help.

The only reason I'm giving this place two stars is for the condo's shuttle service to Winter Park. Thanks again for the ride Jim!
