The day of the wedding two ladies came to do makeup and they were wonderful. However, the whole time they were there for an appointment that was scheduled months ago they were bombarded with phone calls stating they needed to be back asap for appointments that she continued to schedule for them at the salon knowing that they were providing a service for a wedding. Just wasn’t very impressed as the ladies then felt like they needed to rush through the service.

I had a bit of an issue booking online and had to call in, but was able to schedule highlights with Grace — she was awesome!! She did a great job with my blonde hair, such a fantastic job blending and matching. Thanks so much!!!

I called the salon several times over the course of two days to book a nail appointment but no one ever answered. As a result, I made an appointment online (you are required to prepay) to have my SNS nails removed and to have a shellac manicure. When I showed up for the appointment they told me they could not remove SNS and that I should have seen that on their website and due to their 24 hour cancellation policy they would not refund my money. I assume they are correct and that this information is on the website but I failed to study their website before booking my appointment online. The manager was not one bit apologetic. She basically said I should have seen it on the website and did not offer any remedy. If they answered the phone ever that would be helpful to avoid the confusion.

My husband and I’s spa day here was top notch! I received an amazing deep tissue massage and the facial also included massage, which was very relaxing. The location is right off the gondola in town so super easy for my husband and I to get to from Mountain Village. Staff was also super friendly and accommodating.
