  I’ve been to most of the rug stores in Chicago and the service is exceptional here. You will not find a kinder person than Moe, and I greatly appreciated his honesty. The rugs truly are beautiful - I found a stunning Persian rug at a very competitive price. Very quick with rug repairs, too.
  
  This will be my first stop next time I’m in the market for a rug. Thank you, Moe!

  Beautiful Rugs definitely lives up to its name. The rugs are spectacular! Not inexpensive. They are works of art. Moreover, they can save you from your own disasters. I purchased an incredible Isfahan rug from them. About a year later I spilled red wine on it, not once but twice. It took me awhile to screw up the wherewithal to take it back in the hopes they could get it cleaned. Amazingly, they returned it to me as lovely as the day I purchased it. Again, not inexpensive, but definitely worth it. See photo. This is what it looked like both when I purchased it and after they removed the multiple red wine stains I caused.

  I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Tabriz Persian rug from Beautiful Rugs. Excellent, fine quality wool/silk, silk foundation rug. I purchased my rug over the internet which had good information on specifics and photos included. The team at Beautiful Rugs was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering any questions I had. I requested additional pictures and they worked with me for pricing discount which I appreciated. I am very satisfied and look forward to doing business with them in the future.   In this store I truly believe that there is a rug for everybody. If you go in and look, chances are you will fall in love with these pieces of Persian art. Owning one is a special feeling that you will soon aspire to. Moe helps as a match maker to find you the rug you need in your life. No one notices nice jewelry but everyone notices beautiful rugs.

  I have purchased two rugs from Moe at Beautiful Rugs and I can’t say enough good things about the shop! I discovered this store on a whim while shopping in the neighborhood and now I’m a lifelong customer. I’ve never purchased Persian rugs before, but Moe made the process easy, stress free, and fun. He was helpful, informative, and never pushy. He knows the history and details of each piece. Moe even shares helpful pointers such as the correct sizing, care instructions, and how the colors of the rug will look in your home based on your lighting. For example, the living room rug we purchased looked a bit orange in his store, but when we described our living room lighting Moe said the rug would appear deeper brick red. He was spot on! The rug is a deep, rich color, and exactly what we were looking for. His website is a great place to explore his inventory, but nothing beats seeing the rugs in person in his shop. I will definitely visit Moe (and his helpful assistant, Jose!) for more rugs for our home in the future.
