I usually go before work. I get there at 7a.m. or earlier. The service is very slow most mornings.
When you are on the way to work, you want to go in and come out fast. I got there 1 morning at 7a.m. and stood in line for 10 minutes and they had only served 1 person. That is too long. But the food is always good whenever I have the chance to eat it.response / report this review -

Food is the best that we've had in the ATL. The prices are not bad either, happy that we were referred to the food spot while visiting a Church near by. Would recommend this place to eat to anyone who likes Soul Food or even may want to try it.

This restaurant is my favorite place in Atlanta. The best food ever mornings and afternoons. Foodline setup, but not enough places in Atlanta cook as well as The Beautiful. This is not a refined eatery, but what you will remember is food tasting like it did 30 years ago; very well prepared! Great Job to the staff also; stop rushing your customers through the line, it's hard to not want everything! God bless

Support a church that's not saying they want to help people have a second chance but, they're giving it. Call ahead if you can. This is your cafeteria style soul food for a good cause. Portions can be for dinner and lunch next day if you get the right sides.

I ordered the fried pork chops. They were so good. Nice and golden. Not oily at all. Best part of all, they were seasoned perfectly. Tasted like someones grandma made 'em. Had mac n cheese and turnips as my sides. They were just okay. The chops made up for it, for sure.

I grew up in this area. So I am familiar with everyone there. The service is spectacular. Everyone is so pleasant. The food is delicious everytime. Mo loves the beautiful! 😀

The decor of Beautiful Restaurant is anything but beautiful. But the food is far beyond beautiful. The menu gets switched up daily. My ultimate favor is Saturday. Tender oxtail, juicy pork chop and cornbread dressing are must have for me. Top them up with the sweet potato casserole, no dessert even needed. Truly an exceptional place for all the Southern country cooking. The taste brings back lots fond memories of childhood.

We visited for breakfast this morning and it was great! Good ole home cooking breakfast! They have Pancakes, French Toast, Eggs and Cheese Eggs, Grits and Cheese Grits, Bacon, Conecuh Sausage, Hashbrowns, Toast, Fish and Grits, Salmon Crochets, and more! ( We arrived at the last bit of breakfast) but I highly recommend and be prepared to wait a bit because the place is fairly small and it's popular in the area!
We haven't had dinner there yet, but the line was building up for the lunch and dinner portion! Go visit and support local businesses!response / report this review -

This is the best soul food restaurant I have ever been to! The fish was fried and seasoned to perfection it reminded me of my grandmothers fish!! The grits and eggs were amazing! Every time I'm in the Atlanta area I'm most definitely come get some food from here! The service was great the man was made sure we were taken care of I appreciate the hospitality and the service!! Great establishment!!!!!

Went there after a recommendation from friends. I am truly surprised and disappointed with this Atlanta staple. Every single item I had was flavorless. All I had was the vegetarian plate..black eyed peas, mac n cheese, beets with cornbread. Utter letdown, I don't know if there has been a changing of management or they just don't care. I cannot understand why people pay their hard earned money for bland food. I couldn't even finish mine. Wow!!!

Makes the best baked banana pudding I have ever tasted, aside from my great Aunt's and for that I will always go back. To me this is a great place to get your soul food and sit. This place has a moms and pops feel to it and the sweet tea is always sweet.

I don't even know where to start with this restaurant. Lovely people who take pride in cooking home made southern dishes. They always make you feel welcome. My hubby and I drive 30 miles to get us a dinner. We love it and will continue to support local businesses. Thank you Beautiful team.
