Do not recommend this place at all. They left items out of my order and when I called to have it fixed I spoke with a very nasty lady with a nasty attitude, the shift manager Joanne. She would not satisfy me as a paying customer that did not receive exceptional customer service at all. She even went as far as hanging up on my. Then when I called back, she called me a liar and argued aggressivly with me. I grew tired of this woman very quickly and demanded her name and her managers name. She refused to give me that information as well for a few moments until I was finally able to get it out of her. I am expecting to be contacted by someone regarding this as soon as possible. This is not a woman I would have running my shifts. Just horrible!!

Terrible customer service, and refused to deliver to my house after they had delivers there numerous times before. Very dissatisfied and will never call this location again for any service.

Very dissatisfied. Hardly any toppings, cold, undercooked, AND no help when I called.. asked me my name 3 times. I have tried calling back but I don't think that they want to hear about how horrible it was

Great pizza, great prices and they even offer delivery. If you need a pizza in DFS, then call Howie's. And the garlic herb crust is awesome.

Ordered online and waited before going to pick up my order to give some time so has I walk in I see the peon making pizza and she tells the other worker I din the bread wring so I'm sending it through which was my bread I pay and wait no body comes to tell me it will be a few cause of the mess up I waited 10 minutes before I asked about my order and the lady proceeds to tell me it takes longer to do wings cause they run them twice I said I understood but I ordered this 25 minutes ago so she goes back to the screen and checks to see if I was telling the truth finally after 30 minutes I get my food. I would have been ok if someone would have taken the time to tell me they had to redo the bread besides just make me stand there.
