Took my wife there yesterday for her 69th birthday. Middle afternoon and only a few patrons. Waitress was great. We ordered the the $28 ribeye specials medium well. They came thoroughly cooked and sliced into, i guess the 'cooks' idea of checking them? Our waitress called manager who offered to have us wait for another 'try' at grilling a steak at a steak house. We declined. I never send food back or give someone i don't know and can't see another chance to correct their failures. Manager split bill, but that in no way made our experience acceptable. Waitress still got her tip for the original order and her kind service. Should have taken my wife to Red Lobster like we had planned all week long. Think today is the day!

The place was packed!!!! The hamburger was awesome but the fajitas was $17.00 for half, yes half a breast of chicken and 10 small pieces of shrimp with half a pound of unions. These fajitas didn't even surpass a Taco Bell soft taco supreme. If I had just bought a hamburger the rating would be 4 stars. Also, we sat directly to the right when you walk in. The walk in order door had no spring and slammed shut way too many times for management and leaders not to correct the issue. It sounded like a Mortar round impacting over and over.

My wife and I have always heard good things about this place. This past Wednesday she decided to take me for my birthday. First off our waitress was great. She kept a great check on us. However when we got our food my steak was dry and so tough my jaw hurt from chewing. My wife's baked potato was not cooked all the way through. She sent hers back and the waitress quickly brought out another one but it was worse. My shrimp was decent and the apples were good. But we were so disappointed. We expected way more for $50!

Staff is very courteous. They were also apologetic to the new management's decision to remove the more unique items from the menu. These unique items are what brought me here in the first place. It also seemed management got cheap on cooling costs as well. It felt like upper 70's inside the building. New managers doesn't always mean new ideas should be implemented. Make Santa Fe great again.

really enjoyed it when 1st opened , but the last year or so just not as good to us, didn't stop them from raising prices though. NEVER got a steak cooked like we ordered it, we've noticed others telling their server samething. steak not recommended but they do have other items that are pretty good. BUT THEIR SUPPOSE TO SPECIALIZE IN STEAKS!!!

Server was short with us and the food was not right when it came out the first time. The second time it came out it was still wrong. I was actually brought a steak with color on the outside and the middle was cold it was so wrong

It's a hit and miss with this place. We are locals and we eat here a lot. Sometimes we have great service and the food it great and other times we only get one of those. Shortly after they opened it seemed like every time I went they undercooked my sweet potato. Now, they ate cooked perfectly. We also had very fatty, gristley steaks, but they seem a little better now. At times you may get a super attentive waitress who is very prompt, and then other times you may get one that takes forever to check on you (which seems every time we need something or they forgot to deliver something to the table). We definitely have had not so good experiences with our carryout orders. Each time we got carry out we were missing food. So check and RECHECK your order and try to remember all the sides that are suppose to come with your meal!

Had a chicken fried steak and didn't like the gravy. Unfortunately our waitress took forever to show up again (it was not packed at all) so by the time she did come around I was already stuffed with bread and sides that I didn't feel like eating anything else. The manager even showed up to explain that they use a different recipe for the gravy. Anyway. My bill was the same and not reduced as it would've been handled at other places. Very, very sad.

Gave them another try. I ordered a Berry Chicken Salad and they told me they didn't have the raspberry vinaigrette it should come with but offered me a similar dressing well ended up with honey mustard and it definitely did not suit this Salad. I am not coming back to this restaurant and will not suggest it to anyone I know.response / report this review -

We have been several times and it is always great. Today was Mother's day and they made it special for my wife. They gave her a flower when we walked in the door as always we received impeccable service. Paying the check the server handed my wife a card for a free entree on the next visit.

Either the service is great or it's poor. They leave things out of to go orders, which is VERY frustrating when you don't live close to them! We won't be going back.

I had the Texas sausage and it was so good the workers were polite they checked up us frequently our wait with a full house was 1 hour tops I love it if highly recommend it of your in enterprise

The cook actually brought our steaks to the table to make sure they were properly cooked. Thats excellent service. And the food was awesome.
