During COVID times, it is truly important to recognize people and businesses who have the utmost values at their core, and Beautiful Blooms is one of those companies. They truly care about their brides and grooms as humans, and do not view you as a customer. Our wedding was scheduled for 8/22/20, and we originally planned to have a 250 person wedding at a venue in Philadelphia. Due to COVID this wasn't able to happen, but we did not wish to reschedule as I am a front line worker and we wished to get married on this date. I originally reached out to Alicia to see their policy regarding the contract - she was more than happy to use our deposit to create a bouquet and boutonniere for our small ceremony and special day. Both were absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations! My husband and I were both so thankful for their truly amazing work, and the kindness and respect that they treated us with as customers. They went above and beyond to make sure that both parties in the contract were happy, which sadly, is a rare thing for businesses during this time. If you are looking for incredible florists who truly care about you, look no further! Beautiful Blooms exceeds all expectations! Thank you Alicia for making these difficult times a little easier and for going above and beyond to make our day exceptional!

Working alongside Beautiful Blooms Events is always a huge privilege! We truly believe they are the best in the business. They approach each event with creativity & unique, artistic designs! I have personally seen them make so many couple's vision come to life. They always set up quickly & efficiently , and are so friendly to everyone they come in contact with! I would absolutely recommend anyone I know to hire them for an event.

My wife was extremely happy with how our wedding flowers turned out and if the bride is happy, the groom is happy! Awesome company, very helpful in making decisions and work seamlessly with Cescaphe Events.

Valerie and the team at Beautiful Blooms made something extremely overwhelming (to me at least) seem like the easiest part of our wedding! She knew exactly the look I was going for and gave me all of the ideas for the little details that everyone raved about! Her and the team perfected everything and made sure to remind me of things I never thought about, like having my bouquet to take pictures with before the ceremony!!! Not only was she incredibly easy to work with but she took something I was dreading the most and actually made it one of the most enjoyable experiences of wedding planning!

We went with Beautiful Blooms for our wedding flowers and they exceeded our expectations! Our centerpieces were amazing the flowers made our venue even more beautiful. I wanted to make a minor change after seeing my bouquet the night before the wedding and our designer, Chelsea, jumped right in and made it happen. We also attempted to make our own ceremony structure which we found out was not nearly sturdy enough to hold the flowers about an hour before our ceremony and they pulled through to get us a replacement. They do amazing work and work hard to make sure the bride has a stress-free wedding day. Highly recommend!

Unreliable.
Not a word you want describing a vendor for your wedding reception. I rented the upper floor of a popular restaurant in center-city Philadelphia for a 3-hour Saturday evening dinner from 5-8pm. I was told the flowers would be delivered by 4pm, ready to be placed by their staff as soon as the restaurant gave the word. The restaurant gave us access to the space at 4:10pm, with the flowers yet to have arrived. My mother and the restaurant called every 10 minutes and were repeatedly told the flowers were on their way, but they still did not arrive by the start of the event at 5pm. Due to the restricted space, we could not let guests fill the space before the flower delivery. The flowers finally arrived around 5:20pm, and my mother, mother-in-law, and several other guests had to frantically unpack and set the majority (if not all) of the flowers as the delivery people brought them in.
My 3-hour wedding reception dinner was delayed by nearly 30 minutes. In addition to making my guests wait in a cramped space and outside to be allowed in, the value of that lost time was over $3,000. Not to mention the priceless time lost visiting with friends and relatives who traveled for my wedding reception.
After a lengthy correspondence with this company, they would only refund the delivery fee of around $200. They said they were late due to a road closure because of the Rittenhouse Arts Festival- A major annual event which a center city florist would be aware of and for which road closures were posted weeks in advance.

Absolutely amazing! We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and continue to receive compliments from friends and family members about how gorgeous all of our floral arrangements were! Jackie was wonderful- she was a joy to work with and seemed truly invested in our wedding. She was able to see our vision and help us bring it all to life, all with a smile. I felt like she was just as excited about our wedding as we were! We continue to strongly recommend Beautiful Blooms to friends who are getting married in the area! Thanks Jackie and Beautiful Blooms for helping us create a beautiful wedding!!

We used Beautiful Blooms for our wedding and everything was gorgeous. They were so easy to work with, explained everything in detail, and played nicely within our budget. Our designer Noel took the few ideas we gave him and ran with it to make the space and all our flowers beautiful. As soon as we walked into our venue, we were so pleased with how everything came together. It was perfect. We'd definitely work with them again.

Simply beautiful was what we wanted and was exactly what we got! From the bouquets to the ceremony décor to the centerpieces, it was all perfect. Alicia worked closely with us through the process and was great at making a few cost effective suggestions that didn’t lower the quality a hair because of her ability to understand us along with her clear depth of experience. Several days before the wedding it became clear the weather might not have been conducive to our outdoor ceremony at WaterWorks and without asking, we were informed of the additional measures they were taking to adapt the tall arrangements from blowing over to give us a little extra piece of mind. The close relationship of Beautiful Blooms with Cescaphe was an added perk. The detail and presentation of the flower delivery at our hotel the day of the wedding was the perfect way to start the day. We could not have been happier with everything!

We just started working with Jackie Baik and can't say enough amazing things about her. She is creative, personable and 100 % respectful of our wedding budget. Can't wait to see how everything turns out for our July wedding!! Thanks again Jackie for the champagne and welcoming experience.

Beautiful Blooms was fantastic to work with! We used them for our lighting and flowers at the Curtis Center and they couldn't have been better. The planning was a joy and they were very detailed oriented. They took great care of me and my whole family during the process. They were very punctual the day of the wedding and everything looked amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married in the Philadelphia area!

Sarah Fernandez just did the best job on my daughter's wedding. She listened exactly to what was wantedincluding the price! They delivered beautiful bouquets, and flower centerpieces. They are professional and creative.and respectful. I will definitely use them in the futurethank you,Sarah.
