  Very nice and quick management. Residents can submit issues simply through online and staffs will come and fix whatever in 24 hours.

  People who are planning to live at Beau Jardin, please change your mind, there are other good places to live, if you have no options to live elsewhere make sure that you read the lease very carefully. They threaten you to pay more money apart from rent by pointing out the unknown fault you have made. Please be careful. I have lived here for 2 years and they took a lot of money from me inspire of the worst apartment they gave me. I really hope you understand my situation. The office staff are nice initially when you sign the lease but they get rude. The office manager is really rude to the residents. You can ask the students around the apartments and they will say the same. A home is place of peaceful living but not a place that takes more of your money and peace of mind.

  Living at there right now,looking good so far!
  However they changed their policy all the time by year, and they do not really care about their old residents. You should always put yourself on the free agency market before giving them any promise. Thats just a sincere advice from someone who has been living there for a year.

  The apartment is old but i can tell it's well maintained. The management do the maintenance and responds to the request quickly. The size of the apartment is huge relative to it's reasonable rental rate. I especially love the cozy environment it provides. I have been living at Beau Jardin for 6 months, and my experience has been great so far so I decided to extend the lease contract for another year here.

  Lived here for 2 years and generally had a great experience. The location extremely convenient such that I very rarely needed to use a car or even a bus. The apartments are older but generally well kept with quick responding maintenance for when issues do crop up. Very pet friendly with nice open green spaces. Overall a great place to live especially for a student at Purdue.

  I lived here back in 2014, took a long time to write a review because honestly, they were the first place I had lived in that wasn't a dorm.
  
  So, looking back, at the time they were awesome. Pool, computer to use if yours is busted, small gym, they'll scan things like transcripts for you, very understanding and professional staff, good location, and okay neighbors. The maintenance had some surprises, but, eh. just make sure if they change a light-bulb outlet you take the light-bulbs out.
  
  The apartments are older but you can tell they do maintain the place. I even had a dishwasher. In the summer the green area was really nice to sit in and talk with people.
  
  At the time I may have been more critical than I should have been, but in hindsight they were pretty good.
