Very Poor Management from the head down! Shady business practices. Did I mention rude, condescending, and unprofessional! They even hung up on a homeowner because they didn't like the conversation. They very quick at cashing my check each month. However they are very slow with responding to concerns or questions I have. If they do respond, all they say is what they can't do. I was told directly that they hold money to wait for emergencies instead of the spending it on the upkeep of the property. They spend BIG money on handyman jobs. Pay attention they may milk your reserve. No transparency with this company. Ask to see a contracts, quotes, or bids for contracted work. But Wait, don't ask to many questions, you will get blocked or they may cancel your contract. It is not so great with Beacon Management. Beacon is bunch of big defensive wigs scratching each other backs with overpaid contract work. My property appearance and upkeep has gone down. It is embarrassing see pics. Wasteful spending on things that was never asked. I can't sell my home because the reserve is not worth mentioning. No one answered the emergency line when I had an actual emergency. I could go on and on about my disappointments with this management company. Do your research with this company. Read all the reviews on all social sites. I would question their rave reviews. I was told that they do ask board members to leave favorable reviews. They need a lesson on professionalism. If you have a property that really needs to be managed Beacon should not be the choice. Now if you got money to give away go with Beacon. Homeowner Beware!

I met Lisa back in the early 90s when I was with a National Real Estate Organization (NAIOP) and she was with Cousins Properties - a well known developer in Atlanta. It can be hard being a woman in a man's industry, but Lisa always handled herself with style and grace. I really got to know Lisa when she served on the board of NAIOP and we worked closely together including planning events. Lisa is very smart, proactive and responsive. Overall, Lisa is a pleasure to work with and very talented.

Just a quick thank you. Your customer service people are doing you proud! I’ve had a few interactions with them personally and they’ve been top-notch. Shawntell and Erica have both been above-par for any company’s CS department and way above par with regard to most management companies. I’ve also already heard from a few members who also volunteered that they have had very good customer service experiences as well with Beacon. So major kudos to you and all the staff!

Good Morning! I would like to take a moment and let you know what excellent customer service I received from Beacon's staff in the closing department. I was having some issues with the questionnaire from Homewisedocs and Melissa was able to get the information I needed and was so gracious in helping me. I think it should be noted that she did an excellent job and aided in my clients closing going smoother. Thank you for your help and professionalism.

I wanted to let you know HOW MUCH I appreciate your company. As you know, before we can close a loan, we have to have Condo approval. I started my process a few weeks back. I discovered that Beacon had recently taken over this project from Heritage. Due to this timing, project was not yet at Home Wise. Your employees went beyond their call of duty in assisting me in a most timely manner (even on Holiday week), which allowed me to get my approval this week. It was a pleasure working with them both. So many times, we get caught up in our own agenda, that we fail to say THANK YOU. They were both so polite and even though I know they had their own stress going on, it NEVER came across. They are dedicated and very capable individuals. Just wanted to share this info with their management.

On 8/16/17, A Beacon property manager by the name of Kimberly Boyer, called and had my nieces car towed unjustly. From talking with her counterpart Steve about the issue, he informed me that Kimberly Boyer told him ( to justify her actions ) that my nieces car was illegally parked, abandoned for days, without a license tag and no registration, which is an out right LIE! My niece has been parking on the street in my subdivision as she is a visiting college student. Upon explaining this to Steve, he had the audacity to ask me "Why my niece was in GA in the first place? Which I was completely shocked and appalled why I had to explain why someone was visiting me? Until recently this subdivision has been under heavy construction. This small poorly built community has had 8 hour days filled with Tow trucks lining the streets and pavement filled with rocks and nails. My complaint is in regard to the outlandish dishonesty of a manager that resulted in my nieces car to be towed. I have filed a police report and I want to be reimbursed for the towing fees resulting from her lies. I should state that there was a communication via US Postal Service with the heading this is a "First Courtesy Notice" requesting all cars not be parked on the street however, the notice came less than 24 hours to comply before Kimberly had the car towed. Additionally, I don't quite understand what is the "First Courtesy Notice" for if there's no time to comply to a "newly" created violation. My core complaint is the blatant falsification of the facts by Kimberly Boyer that has caused me unnecessary financial hardship.

All the 5 star reviews are paid for as they once paid me to make a comment. I didn't care until I found out this management is completely corrupted. Beacon management is discriminatory. I won't mention names, but they know exactly who they are.

I have worked with the Staff representing Windsor Over Peachtree and truly appreciate all of their assistance. While I am a REALTOR, I work with and assist many homeowners in the building, coordinating various subcontractors and tenant related issues. Each time I have requested assistance, by either Nikki Butler or ZeeAnn Parks, I find their response time and information to be quick and informative. Thank you, for making my job easier!

I'm on the board of directors for a large HOA and we interviewed 5 companies to manage our property. Beacon offered more value and services. We had been paying too much to third party vendors, among other things. Beacon's services include a mobile maintenance team that cut out the middle man. We've already saved about 35% and seen better quality work by their team.

Team Beacon is doing an amazing job specifically with the Windsor Over Peachtree property. I have seen such an increase in customer service and organization with the new management team of Nikki Butler and ZeeAnn Parks. The building seems to be running very smoothly. It has taken a few property management companies and staff, but I can see they have finally got the right one with Team Beacon.

    Respectfully,

Beacon Management took over managing our property earlier this year. James Bailey is our property manager and has been very helpful, responsive to homeowner issues and concerns, and proactive in his recommendations of things we can do to help improve our community overall. James has also been instrumental in helping us plan for the future through careful analysis of our financials, and by providing excellent vendor referrals both for ongoing services as well as maintenance issues. We are appreciative for the work he is doing for our community.
