After speaking with Sep at HB Roswell and several other realtors it was clear Sep was in a league of his own. The house sold for more than we expected, within two weeks, with multiple offers coming in due to Sep's stellar strategies AND this was all done while hurricane Irma hit!!!

Sep and his team provided exemplary service and were up front and honest during the whole process. I can not begin to describe the level of professionalism and honesty that was delivered. We just purchased our new home in Hollywood, FL through Jose. I would recommend Jose Manuel Uribe to anyone buying or selling property in Miami and S. Florida. Jose is an expert, professional and aggressive when he needs to be. We were previously very frustrated with our prior realtor and the change to Jose made the experience painless and a pressure to work with . It was by sheer chance that I ran into Sep from HB Roswell Realty. When the lease terms for my unit at Quantum abruptly ended late last year, I was rather concerned about the possibility of finding a suitable tenant with such a short turnaround time. That’s when I decided to seek out a real-estate agent who would understand my requirements and lookout for my best interest. I was very fortunate to have gotten hold of Sep, who is absolutely the best at what he does. The very first time I spoke with him on the phone, he took time to explain the whole process and the best way to go about putting my unit up for rent on the market. At no time did I ever feel pressured to do anything that I wasn’t comfortable with. The tips and insights Sep shared with me on the condo rental market were invaluable. We have decided to relocate to FL from NY, and Nicole has been absolutely amazing in the process. She was very helpful in finding houses that fit our budget and expectations. We arranged 2 trips down to Miami, each time we only had 2 days to look at potential houses. Nicole was very professional and understood our time limitations and created an itinerary where we managed to see close to 25 houses. She was prompt and punctual, and went above and beyond our expectations. She kept us focused and understood what we were looking for in a house. She showed us around in various neighborhoods and she gave us a great understanding of a city that we knew nothing of. With Nicole’s expertise we were able to narrow down the contenders in just 2 visits. She helped us through the entire purchase process and was always available to us when we needed to talk to her. While we were moving down to FL our bank process got held up by a month and we found ourselves in between 2 homes. Nicole was incredible, and helped us arrange an interim rental for just one month until our new house became available. By then she knew us enough to know what we liked, and without seeing the rental we trusted her choice blindly. The rental was fantastic, and she made a very stressful move relatively seamless. Nicole made so many “small gestures” that were completely unexpected, but made a huge difference for us. There’s too many to write down, but the one that was the kindest and most unexpected was that she actually came to the airport to pick me and my baby (then 10 month old) up to go house hunting. She bore with me - a stressed out and sleep deprived mommy, my fussy and crabby baby, hauling around 2 baby bags, breastfeeding and changing diapers in between houses, folding and unfolding our stroller and car seat in and out of her car - with so much professionalism, patience and a smile. We are so grateful for Nicole to help us get our dream house, she is a great realtor and we highly recommend her.
