We spent a week at Hilton Head in a property booked through Beach Properties. The house was perfect and in excellent condition. Beach Properties worked with us to answer all our questions in advance by phone and e-mail so when we arrived, everything was set. The Beach Properties representatives were very informative and helpful; also, extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We would certainly recommend them and use them again. We would also recommend Hilton Head Island as a great place to vacation.

The house was gorgeous and super comfortable..everything was top notch. No problems at all. We were 5 women enjoying a 5 day vacation in April. Love Hilton Head. We rented the home at Huntington. It was on the lagoon. All amenitiesBeds were comfy.3 BR's 3 1/2 baths

We have been using Beach Properties for ten years now and always been very happy with the service.
They have an excellent range of properties on their books from small condos to large houses.
We have found the booking process simple and staff have always been very helpful, on line, on the phone or in person in the office.
There have been minor problems over the years but one phone call and they have been fixed within hours.
We got back to the UK after a holiday in March this year and immediately booked up for 2017.

We used Beach Properties for the first time this past May. Working with each person from start to finish was a pleasant and efficient experience. Everything they said would happen did and on time. They were very responsive and thoroughly enjoy how all is done via the web now. We already have another booking with them for November.
