    Was down from Ontario Canada for the week and on the way down experienced a problem with my 2013 Mazda CX 5. Called them on the Monday Morn and was informed that their service department was very busy. Went to the service department and spoke service manager Brock who told me that I could leave the vehicle, no promises, but would do their best. Provided a shuttle back to the resort, an email link to keep me up to date on progress and would shuttle me back when ready. Brock's communication was excellent. We were fixed and good to continue our vacation the next morning. Thank you Brock and Beach Automotive!!

    Great experience purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle from Beach Automotive. Amber R was a pleasure to work with, knowledgeable, considerate and easy going. She presented a deal that required very little negotiation because the price was right and beat the competition. Well worth driving 90 miles to make the match! We will definitely return.

    Jim Cole at Beach Mazda sold me my 2013 Mazda 6 and did a fantastic job of being personable, patient, and honest. He let me take my time driving multiple used cars. Jim got me a fair value for my trade-in and the internet price on the Mazda was $1,500-$2,000 under KBB and NADA retail values. Jim filled my gas up and had the car cleaned and ready by the time I came out of the finance office. Their finance manager presented the different extended warranties without being too pushy. He also got me a great low interest rate. The service manager at Mazda came at Jim's request to explain maintenance for my new car. This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend them.

    This is for the Body Shop/Repair Department;

    I agree with the person that has said that they felt like they were bothering the girl behind the desk. I stood right in front of the girl in the window and she did not even acknowledge me. She should not be in customer service, maybe bookkeeping or something where she doesn't have to deal with people.

    It took OVER a month to even get an appointment and my car was wrecked. I thought that I had to go there because it is the dealer. Never again. My insurance covered everything but I think that they used used parts, probably something off another wreck because it was damaged.

    She did not smile once even though I tried to be cordial. She could not find some paperwork so she went to find someone else. Another lady came out after about 15 minutes and they both looked at me like I was crazy and treated me as such. They finally found the information but did not apologize. They still treated me like I was the problem.

    I had a question with the service guy before I left and I waited for almost anther hour for a simple question. It was only after I had to ask again and I went looking for someone else before someone different finally helped me.

    By the time that I left I was in a full blown anxiety attack and it was purely from being ignored and being treated with irrelevance and like a bum. I take that back; bums are treated better.

    No need to respond Beach Automotive. I've been there a few times over a couple of years and the service has not improved. It was this last time that was the final straw.
