Needed new brakes, they got me in the same day (even though the first opening was the next day). Was significantly cheaper than the Chevy dealership and thus far the brakes feel great. Met the manager when I picked up the truck and he was very polite and personable. Will be returning in the unfortunate case I need work done, or for tires/oil.

My transmission needed service, l took it to Bayshore tire and service, Sidney Thomas is really great he diagnosed my transmission had to be overhauled or replaced. I made the decision to replace which 2 days for the part to arrive on the third day I was out the door with a remanufactured transmission at a very reasonable cost.
I would recommend Bayshore tire and service, I am very satisfied and I will continue to go there for all my future service.response / report this review -

Excellent service as always!! Mark Tim Lorena and all the crew deliver their expertise and professionalism every time my family is there. They diagnos, prioritize, and get me back on the road again. I brought my vehicle here for a second opinion (the first was from a also well established auto mechanic shop in the area ) this second estimate / opinion cost me around $50 here again yes I was told that it was put on a machine to check it.. I didn't actually see them put it on the machine ..was told AGAIN I needed to get a new engine .it just didn't sit right with me so I went and took my vehicle and got a third opinion with this new shop they easily just changed the spark plugs and immediately the engine stopped shaking then they poured water in the radiator and it was gushing out my radiator my radiator was replaced by the third shop along with the spark plugs end results my vehicle is running fine now thanks to someone else and it was barely just over $100 plus parts instead of over $1,000 which is what it would have cost to replace the engine listen to your gut when something doesn't sound right it's probably isn't

I took my wife's mini van here a while back for some troubleshooting and repair work. They were awesome. I'm skeptical so I figured I must have just caught them on a good day. When my wife's car needed two new tires, an alignment, and an oil change; I decided to go there again to see if they really are awesome or if the first time was just a fluke. Unfortunately, they were awesome again. This means I am going to have to add them to my Christmas card list. Christmas cards can get pretty expensive, it's a good thing they were about $80 cheaper than any other service center; otherwise their awesomeness would be costing me money.

Everything went smoothly. I left the car to have 4 tires replaced, and an alignment done. Two hours later they called and said it was ready. Everything is running just fine. The people there were friendly and polite.

I brought my car in for an oil change Saturday. Got there like 0 minutes before my appointment, waited less than 25 minutes. The young lady that checked us out was very helpful with the questions I had regarding future service. I am pleased with the service I have received.

This is a great and honest business with amazing and quality staff! They did an oil change and fixed a brake line for me. I was in a road trip and needed the work done that day and they were able to accommodate me! Very nice people! So thankful for coming here! They also do a vehicle inspection along with the oil change which helps a lot! God Bless!

Needed to get my husband's work car alligned called several places but they were a bit high with the prices. Called your location and Maureen answered she was so sweet and polite and even told me about an online discount she could apply. My appt was at 10 but was able to just drop off the car early. Maureen made me feel welcomed we even had a small conversation about my green smoothie I was drinking. She made me feel more then just a customer.
They called me around 1030 my car was ready. Again I felt very welcomed by Maureen. Although, the price difference was only $10 from other competitors I called, but the service I received was worth it. I always say it's not about the price but the customer service.response / report this review
