This was some of the best food I ever tasted. I never left a restaurant so satisfied with my meal. If you are into good, hearty, middle eastern food, you will love this place. I can't wait until I have to pass through the area again just so I can dine here. A total gem in NJ!

The food is fresh along with the produce, never frozen and everything hand made. We tried several items and were amazed at how delicious everything tasted. The servers were really helpful and just great overall. The owner really cares about his customers and comes out to talk with you. He genuinely wants to make sure that you are happy with everything. Overall this place is definitely a great find and we will be going back many times. It's so refreshing to have a new cuisine option aside from the overwhelming abundance of Italian restaurants that populate the nearby Red Bank food scene.

So glad my school is only 3 minutes from this Superb establishment! The owner is so friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your food. Which I was! So happy, the Chicken shawarma is out of this world! The hummus was rich and heavenly! I loved everything, can't wait to go back again.. and again.. and again!!

I have been waiting for ever for a place like Bayroot to open up in this area. I grew up in the middle east on this kind of food, and am admittedly a bit biased in thinking that middle eastern food captures the perfect balance between nutrition and flavor. But if that is you, Bayroot is one of the best, if not the best, place for authentic Lebanese cuisine in our area. As far as taste and consistency goes, they never disappoint. At least one of the owners (Maher and Lara) is always around, and they stop by, in addition to the staff, to see if everything is to your liking. The staff are some of the warmest and friendliest people I've ever come across; they genuinely care about you and want to make sure you are well taken care of - it's not simply a job for them. Kudos to Maher and Lara for picking the best people. Also, if you have any special dietary needs, they are very open to doing the very best to accommodate your needs. I know because I am quite particular about what I eat. Because Bayroot is close to my work, I have lunch here almost on a regular basis. Wish this place was closer to my house so I could have my family also enjoy this "heavenly" food. Give it a try and you won't be disappointed ;)
