Every Anniversary celebrated at this Great place. Great food! wine, beer, friendly folks. Nothing even close!! We drive about an hour and worth it all! There is a usually wait- no reservations.. but worth it all!

Highly disappointed! I have heard people claim this restaurant is very good.
I personally have never been in a filthier establishment! There was food all over the floor, dust covering the vents, dust on the ceiling above the ceiling fans, cobwebs on the windows.
The food was average at best and the service was awful! The waitress was so busy chatting with the rest of the waitresses we were an afterthought. At one point she came to check on us and literally turned around 1/2 way to our table to go back and talk to the other waitresses about the entertainment news that she just got up from discussing.
I will never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I would be embarrassed to tell some I ate there let alone suggest they eat there.response / report this review -

I enjoyed the food and service. Places like this always make you feel at home. I look the most "different " from the usual customers but I did not feel out place in comparison to some places I have been in the country. I grew up out here and this was more first time going here. I will be back for spaghetti day!

One of the best steaks of my life, no doubt about it, New York strip was amazing, like the atmosphere of this place, reminded me of an old hunting camp, don't let the looks deceive you, really recommend it. Y'all know what you're doing there

Ok. So, this is a little hole in the wall in the middle of nowhere and it's crowded and loud inside. The atmosphere has a lot to be desired. But all that won't matter when you taste the food. It's THAT GOOD! Seriously incredible

Amazing food! I haven't tried anything there yet that was not delicious! If they have the strawberry cake, you HAVE to try it. We love going here!

The atmosphere was nice and homey. Angel, our waitress was very hospitable. We didn't have a long wait to be seated, or to get food. You can't go wrong with the steak or fried lobster tails. Plus, you get enough food for your money. Awesome!!!!

The name says it all. The modest building and "hunters pub" interior are not the draw. It's the welcoming feeling, the friendly service, the satisfying meal and the homemade dessert. Steaks come with a simple salad, rolls and a steak house side (fries, baked potatoes, etc.). (Of course, they have chicken and other choices). But the real reason for going to Hunters Pub is the homemade steak sauce. Amazing! We brought three bottles home. Don't skip the house special cheese toast. I wish I knew the secret ingredient. And the peanut butter pie. Yum. Annie was outstanding. My only suggestions would be to make homemade salad dressing and use larger salad plates or bowls.

One of the best places to eat in all of Harris County. Everything on the menu is delicious. Have literally never had anything less than perfect. Wait staff is super friendly. There is always a wait between 6-7 so go early or late.
