This place used to be amazing, but has gone downhill in the last year or so it seems. Service was only ok when I was there last, and their jalapeno poppers definitely came straight from the freezer. My entree was stuffed baked shrimp, but they left the tails on! So instead I had to dig around in a boiling hot dish with a fork to try and remove tails before I was able to eat it. What used to be a "can't miss" place has sort of turned into a "if there is nowhere else open" sort of place.

Great food, staff and I can't wait to go listen and dance to the music they have on the weekends. Best fresh calamari ever, well since I lived in Santa Cruz, that should tell you everything!!! So very good, it's a must so get yourself to Bayport Inn!

Cannot beat their Fish Fry for $9.99 every night of the week! So fresh, and done just perfect every time! Atmosphere is fun and so are the servers. We always have a great time there😂

I stopped in on my bicycle ride & really liked there Seafood Restaurant Bar & Grill. The outside area where you can eat outside or have a few drinks & listen to live music great scenery also. Merry Christmas to all Bayport employee's as well.

This place is a favorite, and we go fairly often. Sit outside on the deck near the marshy canal, if you can. Usually you will get a visit from a beautiful talk and graceful white egret, affectionaly named Charlie, by the wait-staff. He walks the railing without being too intrusive. The food is very good and well-prepared. Some of the prices are a tad steep- I think they could use a few more budget-friendly items on the lunch menu, at least, but overall, I enjoy this place very much.

Recommend making this a regular stop. It will one of ours. Service and staff were great. Dinners were well prepared, reasonably priced, and delicious. Check it out!

I love going there! The waitresses are great, food is great, and the scenery is so serene. They have live music on the weekendsnot sure if they do during the week.

Service was good. Atmosphere was terrific - overlooking marshes. The gator and cane were entertaining. Staff needs to be more diligent in telling customers to not feed the wild life. For the most part food was good. The clam chowder was a miss. Overall, great experience.

Awesome meal. The Mussels Marinara appetizer was awesome. My wife had the Crab Stuffed Shrimp and I had the Stuffed Flounder, both were perfect! We eat out a lot, and this was the best meal we've had in quite some time. Live music, outside waterfront seating, and a pleasant wait staff I would highly recommend!

This is a very popular restaurant. We visited last night and all 6 of us loved our meal. Great food. They have an outside eating area also. Prices reasonable. Great bar too. But by far food is worth the drive.
