Me and my girlfriend stay at the Baymonts when we go on our trips. Usually we have no issues, but this time we did. Water backed up in tub and hot tub every time of use and didn't drain for hours. Breakfast was very disappointing, not alot of choices and eggs were cold, everything else tasted old. This was the only Baymont ever so far that we have had a bad experience with. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place, decently priced, but not what i had expected from a Baymont. Everything else about the hotel is great, great attendants, great location, soft bed and nice room.

Great hotel, nice rooms. I smoke so I asked for a smoking room and when I opened up the door the smoke smell bout knocked me over. Just a suggestion, spray room with fabreeze, that would help a lot. Other then that great place to stay.. Keep up the good work baymont..

Checked in and the bathtub was running with the drain closed, about 3 inches of water in tub. Also found hairs in bathtub, towels we're stained and gross, the timer on the microwave still had time on it from the previous use. The walls were nasty with several spots that were easily wiped off. Not sure if we just had back luck but it did not appear this room had been cleaned very well if at all. We opted to stay because it was late and didn't want to look for a other room but would not recommend this hotel!! I'm just glad I travel with chlorox wipes!!

The check in was smooth and clerk very nice. The room was clean and hotel welcoming with cookies and coffee out. Breakfast was a step up. Water pressure great with HBO on tv. $15 reasonable pet fee. We will use them again.

Desk clerk brought up personal issues about her long hours and no sleep for days. She was flustered, confused and unprofessional in my opinion. We were tired ourselves and just wanted to get to our room. I noticed the tub had had a ring around it but was tired and needed a shower to unwind. Afterwards I discovered the pipe under the bathroom sink was disconnected and water ran out all over the floor. We had to pack everything back up and move down the hall to the opposite end. Was not happy about it all.

I drive all over this country for a living. I stay exclusively at Wyndham Rewards motels. I have reached the diamond level which is supposed to a give benefits including late checkout. I called the office the day before I was due to check out to advise them I wanted to use my late checkout the following day. The young man was friendly but uncertain of what the late checkout time would be. He told me to call back the next morning. It is now the next morning and I just got off the phone with the front desk. The lady working begrudgingly gave me a whole extra half hour and told me I needed to be out by 11:30. Either participate in the rewards program or don't advertise that you do. Tired of these Wyndham motels picking and choosing what member benefits they choose to honor.

Got the room at a cheap price, and it and the hotel are definitely good for that price. It's not the sort of hotel that's super luxurious and has stuff to do inside (eg, no swimming pool or bar or anything like that), but if you just need a place to stay that's comfortable and has basic amenities, then this is your place! We got a room with a single queen size bed and a bathroom, and the place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff has been very nice and pleasant, and they took care of our questions and requests without a problem. The room itself comes with free cable and internet, and they do offer free breakfast every morning. The location is also very convenient, it's within walking distance of a convenience store and McDonald's, and it's a mere few minutes away from the interstate.

Very good experience! The hotel was very clean overall, from the lobby to the room and the bathroom. I was impressed by the quality of the furniture, refrigerator, and beds. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Not very noisy, clean, variety of options for breakfast, good deal for the price.

Clean room. Free waffles and stuff in the morning. Vending machines are cash only. Fridge in room made a little noise so I unplugged it. Problem solved.
