This is my primary bank but if you have to talk to someone the only person in there with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JANET JASEWICZ!!!She is the best, the other desk clerk's have HORRIBLE Attitudes, they must not like there jobs. 5 Stars for Janet, 2 For the bank!!!!

The one on Main Street in Suffolk is amazing! The tellers are super fast and helpful! Also, I love that there's no charge for members to cash in their saved up change, counted by the machine.
