This business is locally-owned and family-operated. They worked me in, even though they were very busy and I did not have an appointment. Joe was extremely helpful in explaining a problem I had experienced with my tandem torsion-axle trailer. Miss Kara runs the office and is a very nice person. I highly recommend Bay Utility Trailers and will definitely use them again for maintenance on my boat trailer.

If you need your trailer fixed look no further than here. This is a local business so you are not only getting great service, you are also supporting your community. I travel all the way from Pensacola to use Bay utility trailers, because I know they will do it right the first time. I have chatted with people that have driven in from Mobile as well. Make sure you have a VERY clear understanding of what is expected. Damage to your vehicle or trailer is not covered if any accidents in the shop happen. I don't recommend having aluminum welded here either, below par.
