Great employees! All rooms face the lake, most w balconies. Love the 2 bedroom family suites. Very reasonable too!

Rented a two room suite. Experience overall acceptable. Room clean and maintained well. Beds far below industry standards! Breakfast selection extremely limited. Would give this 2 and one half stars if this site permitted

I read a lot of reviews on this hotel and was a little scared to go here at first.
But my husband and I went in October for our one year wedding anniversary and we LOVED it. The view was absolutely stunning and the sound of the water was soooo relaxing. And out by the water they have chairs you can lounge in and you can also have your own little bonfires as well. And Our room was very nice and very clean.
Somethings I will say is one, when we checked in we didn’t know when breakfast was or where it was, my husband had to walk around and look for it. But we thought the breakfast was really good.
And two, someone on the second floor brought weed and was smoking out on the balcony and the smell was EVERYWHERE and even in the hallways. It was so bad!
But other than those two things my husband and I loved it there and we will definitely be going again soon! :-)

Outstanding facility, services and views. Checked in later in the evening and we were pleasantly surprised and more than satisfied with the accommodations. Breakfast in the morning made our checkout easy to continue on our trip. We will be back.

My husband and I decided after a long week of rustic camping that we were in need of a jacuzzi suite with a comfy bed. The price was right for the accommodations. Nothing fancy but it was perfect. Jacuzzi tub was large and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The sunrise in the morning was the icing on the cake, absolutely breathtaking.

Our first room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, but the front desk relocated us without hassle. Even though the rooms are non-smoking, most of them have doors to the lakefront so the smokers (and there were many) simply stepped outside to smoke and left the door open. This was also problematic for us as second hand smoke was constantly drifting into our room. The mattress was very springy and not terribly comfortable, but the room was clean and the shower was good. Breakfast was decent with the exception of the powdered eggs.

It's an older hotel, and the rooms are showing signs of their age, but you can tell the staff is doing their best to keep it up. Most of our breakfast was pretty good, with the exception of the eggs and the sausage gravy. The pool looks nice, but is massively over chlorinated. Considering this was a last-minute booking at a lakefront hotel, it was much better than I'd expected!

The first night we got in, it looked and felt like no one had stayed in our room for ages so there were a bunch of mosquitoes in our room. But after killing the pests, they didn't come back for the remainder of our stay. The staff cleaned our room to sparking new and honestly rivals some of the more expensive hotels I've stayed in. Was very impressed with all the accommodations and very beautiful and picturesque view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk with and very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas. If I come visit again, I will definitely be staying here without a doubt. Keep up the good work!

Very spacious rooms, wonderful view from the balcony and the rooms seemed to be very clean. Breakfast had a nice variety and the staff was friendly. The beds were kinda hard and there was basically no wifi on the 3rd floor where we stayed. But I think it was pretty good for the price. Would definitely consider coming again.

View is gorgeous, hot tub and pool area were very nice. Price was good as well. My only complaint is that the beds were big but uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on cardboard and wished I had extra blankets to provide cushion. The breakfast was also not worth going to in the morning. Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. I would probably not go back just because of the uncomfortable beds though.

It was a nice place. The only problems we had is the pool was close down and one of the lights ain't working in our room. The breakfast was gross. Beautiful view of the sunset and islands. The hot tub was nice. I'll give this place 3 stars cause we might not come back here to stay.
